Advanced Routing & Switching - CA2

Task 1

You have been assigned IP address range 172.16.0.0/16. You have been asked to sub
divide the IP address range into an efficient addressing scheme to support the following
host ranges. VLAN 10 on R1 should support 350 hosts, VLAN 20 on R1 should support
140 hosts, VLAN 99 on R1 should support 80 hosts, VLAN 50 on R2 should support 25
hosts, VLAN 99 on R2 should support 80 hosts and the WAN connected between R1
and R2 should support 2 hosts. The WAN connected between R1 and R3 should use the
public IP address range 200.1.1.0/30 and the R3 LAN should use the public IP address
range 210.1.1.0/24.

Please complete the above table in your notepad or in an external text application.
These addresses do not need to be uploaded but they will be needed to complete
further tasks. Start with the largest ranges first. If more than one range has the
same number of hosts then use the lowest hostname to break the tie.
