any of the following acts:
1) To borrow any amount from The Federal Bank Limited through any of its branches and to
execute all the necessary documents on my/our behalf.
2) To enter into, make, sign, seal, execute, deliver, acknowledge all agreements, contracts,
deeds, declarations, documents, papers, writings and things that may be necessary or proper
to be entered into, signed, sealed, executed, delivered, acknowledged and performed for
purchase of immovable properties /flats etc in my name and on my behalf for such
consideration as the Attorney may deem fit and to make payment of purchase price or advance
as may be required for the purpose of these presents
3) To appear before the Registrar or Sub Registrar Offices of any District or Sub-District for the
registration of deeds, assurances, contracts or other instruments and to present for
registration or cause to be registered such deeds, documents, contracts, agreements on my
behalf required for the purpose and to pay such fees as shall be necessary for the registration.
4) To submit necessary applications, declarations, documents before any State Government or
other local bodies as may be required on my behalf for getting the property mutated in my
name in the village /revenue records, to pay the necessary fees , taxes as may be applicable .
5) To hypothecate and /or mortgage either by way of simple mortgage and /or by way of deposit
of title deeds and create any charge /liability over my /our whole or any part of the movable
/immovable properties towards security for the loan/ credit facilities availed/to be availed of
from the Federal Bank Limited.
6) To appear and act in all forums whether criminal /civil on my/our behalf.
7) To compromise, compound or withdraw cases, to confess judgments and to refer cases to
arbitration.
8) To file and receive back documents, to deposit and withdraw money and to grant receipts
thereof.
9) To open and operate bank accounts including drawing, accepting and negotiating negotiable
instruments on my /our behalf with the Federal Bank Limited, at any of its branches.
10) To realise debts due to me /us, to collect rents from my /our tenants of houses and land and
to receive any money due to me/us from any other person and to grant receipts and
discharges for the same.
11) To grant leases of my /our properties for agricultural and such other purposes.
12) To apply to courts and offices for copies of documents and papers.
13) To accept service of any summons, notice or writ issued by any court or officer against
me / us.
14) To acknowledge all my /our liabilities to the Federal Bank Limited and/or any other persons or
financial institutions.
15) To apply to the Federal Bank Ltd and receive back all title documents deposited with the Bank
on satisfaction of the liability or otherwise and to give effective discharge thereof.
16) To apply for and avail from The Federal Bank Ltd such additional or further credit facilities in
my name and on my behalf upon such securities and on such terms and conditions as the
Attorney may deem fit.
17) Generally to do all lawful acts necessary for the above mentioned purposes.
And I/we hereby agree that all acts, deeds and things lawfully done by me/our said Attorney shall be
construed as acts, deeds and things done by me and I/we undertake to ratify and confirm all and
whatsoever that my /our said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done for me /us by virtue of the
Power hereby given.
