WE COME IN GOD'S HIGHEST COURT,
FOR THIS COURT TO HEAR THIS APPEAL
FORGIVE ALL OUR INDIVIDUAL SINS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN,
FORGIVE THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN SINS OF ALL GOD'S EKKLESIA,
AND HEAL OUR LANDS.
As God, our Highest Judge has said in Psalm 89:14
“RIGHTEOUSNESS AND JUSTICE ARE THE FOUNDATION OF YOUR
THRONE.”
Your Word promises in II Chronicles 7:14 that You will grant relief in the form of:
(1) a hearing, (2) forgiveness and (3) healing of lands on the absolute condition
that we, Your People: (1) humble ourselves, (2) petition You in specific prayer,
(3) Seek Your Face, and (4) turn from our wicked ways.
AND as Your HOLY GOSPEL further teaches us:
In John 18 You Will Defend And Avenge Your Elect.

We enter Your gates with Thanksgiving and enter Your courts with
praise.
IN THIS APPEAL TO THE COURTS OF HEAVEN:
GOD is defined as the One True Living God of All Creation.
We, known as the Appellants in this Appeal, are defined as the authors of this
APPEAL, the Blessed to Teach and Serve EKKLESIA, who APPEAR in THIS
COURT, including our ancestors going back throughout time immemorial, i.e.,
our forefathers, and our descendants:
WE APPEAR ON BEHALF OF AND REPENT FOR all living beings on Earth,
and in our MILKY WAY GALAXY, that are in agreement and in service to God,
and all living beings in God’s future harvest, including all living beings, known
and unknown, in the waters, lands, and skies on Earth.
THE APPELLEES are also known as THE ENEMIES in this document.
THEREFORE, WE COME to the Highest Court of Heaven with humility. We
repent of any agreements we have made with the Appellees. Furthermore, we
repent for any agreements made at any time, by any members of our bloodlines.
We repent for falling for the deception of the Enemy, via audible, visual, and
subliminal tactics.
We repent for the agreements all beings may have made with the enemies of the
One True God of All Love, Light, Compassion and Creation.

WE COME BEFORE THE HEAVENLY THRONE,
WE, Gratefully and Graciously acknowledge OUR WITNESSES:
Our Heavenly Counsel and Advocate, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior;
The Cloud of Witnesses, including the martyrs and GOD’s Heavenly Host and
Angels. Hebrews 4:16, Hebrews 12:1
The Holy Spirit is our consultant;
WE COME NOW, ACCORDING TO THE PERFECT WILL OF GOD, the One
True God of all creation which is in the highest interest of all life everywhere.
We make these following petitions, decrees, and declarations to the highest
Court of Heaven:
LAW of LEGAL NOTICE in the COURTS OF HEAVEN
THAT WHEN: any one of the Appellees, a combination thereof, or all of the
Appellees, together, in groups, or individually, come before these Heavenly
Courts, claiming a legal right to kill, steal, and destroy (John 10:10) from the
Appellants, and those they represent as named in this Appeal, that the Enemy
has based its legal right to make this claim, on a faulty, erroneous, and deceptive
interpretation of the law of notice;

THEREFORE, WE DECREE AND DECLARE, that all the enemies’ Notice of
Crimes against the Appellants are NULL AND VOID. The enemy’s notice WAS
NOT done WITH ADEQUATE disclosure. THE enemy used deception, and
limited disclosure of its plans.
FOR FURTHER CLARIFICATION, ALL the Appellees claims to having given
notice to the Appellants, includes, but is not limited to, the following criminal
plans:
• the enemy’s plans to attack or harm the Appellants: On all Dimensions,
Densities, Levels, and Locations, in bodies, minds, souls, and/or spirits; to
create any attachments, influences, possessions, cohabitations in part or
in whole; and to attack, harm, or alter
• biologically, socially, emotionally, physiologically, psychologically,
intellectually, spiritually, technologically (e.g., identity theft) or by any other
means unknown to the Appellants, but known by God;
• threatened and or harassed: directly or indirectly through another person
or being
• create bonds with any person or being having any connection with
Appellants and those they represent: through family, home, workplace,
church, area, domain, in the marketplace, or any other connection,
including pets.
For greater clarity, this includes specifically all children everywhere in
body, mind, soul, and spirit. Matthew 7:11, Acts 7:10, Acts 11:14
THEREFORE, WE DECREE AND DECLARE ALL the Appellees NOTICE, in
part or in whole, is hereby REVOKED, REPEALED, and declared NULL and
VOID, on all realities, timelines, levels, dimensions, densities, and locations for
all time.
WE DECREE AND DECLARE THAT all the default judgments against the
Appellants and those they represent were illegal, due to deception and improper
notice, granted to the Appellees. WE submit that if the EKKLESIA had been
given proper notice of the Appellees evil and demonic plans, WE would have
BOLDY OBJECTED TO THESE PLANS, AND NOT CONSENTED, IN ANY
WAY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, to these wicked plans.

WE FURTHER BRING FORWARD the testimony of YOUR true prophets, that
YOU, THE ONE TRUE GOD of ALL CREATION, Love, Light and Compassion,
have anointed President Donald J. Trump, as YOUR servant, for such a time as
this, in his role as the 45th President, for these United States of and for America,
for two consecutive terms and additional terms as appointed by YOU. Given
these prophecies, the Appellees are prevented from any plans to change what
You have decreed for Your anointed, Donald J. Trump to accomplish in YOUR
NAME. Therefore, these United States of and for America, will reach its highest
destiny, and fulfill YOUR Will. As America goes, so goes the world; the Appellees
have clearly stepped outside their jurisdiction, by constantly trying to stop Your
will from being done.
WE FURTHER BRING FORWARD the testimony of Q, the Q Team, and the
ALLIANCE, as evidence that the Appellees have overstepped their jurisdiction at
this time. Your anointed, Donald J. Trump, Q+, set in motion the complete
eradication of HUMAN TRAFFICKING (POTUS’s Executive Orders) which
includes, the saving of our children, adults, and all other living beings, including
animals, through the clearing of the DUMBs, underground caves, tunnels, etc.,
on Earth. This evidence proves beyond a reasonable doubt that the Appellees
have lost all jurisdiction to all their evil plans and crimes.
REVOCATION OF ALL ACTS OF THE APPELLEES
THEREFORE, WE DECREE AND DECLARE that ALL acts NOT IN SERVICE
TO GOD’S CREATION: whether on EARTH, or carried out in our MILKY WAY
GALAXY, are DECEPTIVE AND ILLEGAL MANEUVERS against the Appellants
and those they represent.
WE DECREE AND DECLARE that all evil, demonic, criminal acts and plans of
the Appellees be stopped immediately, revoked, and repealed, in all realities, on
all timelines, and in every direction of time.
FOR FURTHER CLARITY, all these illegal acts and plans of the enemy that are
referred to in the above paragraph includes, but is not limited to:

1. ELECTION FRAUD: in any way, at any time, in ALL NATIONS on EARTH,
and in this particular time, the massive fraud and cheating in the election of
November 3rd, 2020, in these United States of and for America;
FURTHERMORE, ANY support of this massive fraud by those who were
complicit in any way, in part or in whole; those who were willfully blind to the truth
that Donald J. Trump won this latest election; this includes any media complicit
with this fraud;
WE BOLDY submit that these shenanigans, masquerades, and complete
absurdities, were done ILLEGALLY by the Appellees. Since Sidney Powell
released the Kraken on Earth, we join in the spirit with her and release the
Kraken of Justice and Righteousness in the Heavenly Realms.

2. THE NWO and the “Plan-demic” are ILLEGAL MOVES by the
Appellees:
• the premeditated creation of a deadly virus, including taking away of
human rights by mandatory mask mandates,
• lockdowns, emotional damage, especially to children,
• mandatory vaccines, loss of jobs, loss of businesses,
• promoting and/or conjuring fear in people: suicides, loss of social
connection, social distancing mandates that mirror satanic rituals, isolation
(e.g., refusal to allow family near deathbeds and funerals),
• lies about the plan-demic by ANYONE, including the medical community
and the public health officials: fake covid numbers, fake tests
and contaminated tests with the man-made virus, and any other nefarious
plans of the enemies,
• whistle blowers, i.e., doctors, nurses and others who were threatened or
lost their livelihood,
• censorship of truth, regarding prevention, treatments and cures,
• withholding of cures and effective treatments,
• knowingly misusing technology to cause harm going against the medical
and political oaths they took,
• pharmaceutical companies that knowingly colluded in the plan-demic.

3. MIND CONTROL: ALL involuntary mind control: manipulation of
thought, psychological, information warfare and propaganda (all forms of
media and entertainment), MK Ultra (end-times soldiers), voice to skull
technologies, E.L.F. (Extra Low Frequency) transmissions, foreign
implants and any other unknown technologies or devices.
This does not apply to those who chose these things with their free will because of
God’s law of free choice.
4. HUMAN TRAFFICKING on this planet and off planet of Earth’s beings,
which includes the following:
a) D.U.M.B.s - Deep Underground Military Bases: all pedophilia, all torture of any
being, all satanic sacrifices and rituals, all slave labor, all breeding of humans,
adrenochrome harvesting and other substance harvesting, all eating of human
flesh and other beings. DNA experiments including hybrid breeding and those
who sell and purchase these illegal products, and any other unknown illegal
activities in the DUMBS, caves, or any and all other underground facilities,
bases, or locations.
b) All in (a) which is also above ground: ALL hunting parties for children, adults,
and animals. AND all children taken by any other illegal means, by the
Appellees, or their minions via the earthly court system, or if they were
kidnapped by any other illegal means.
5. ALL government actions and/or laws; and all law enforcement worldwide,
that are not in the best interest of all life everywhere.
6. ALL Secret Societies and their illegal operations that go against the WILL
of GOD.
7. ALL MANIPULATION OF TIMELINES and the creation of realities (pocket
realities).
8. HIDING sacred Christian artifacts, missing parts, and Sacred Text of the
HOLY BIBLE.

9. ALL air, water, food, and Earth that has been contaminated in any way, by
harmful and deadly substances or technologies of any kind, by the
enemies, including parts of aborted fetuses being used in any way and/or
being mixed in with our food and beverages, in flavoring additives, used in
vaccines, and/or used in beauty products; use of human flesh in fast food
products and other food.
10. ALL blasphemy, sacrilege to the TRINITY.
11. ALL illegal financial schemes by any bank, corporation, legal entity,
business, or individual.
SOPHIA THE AI ENTITY
WE DECREE AND DECLARE that everything Sophia, the AI entity/Sophia, the
false darkness, has done is not in service to God’s creation.
WE STAND IN AGREEMENT with the Visioning Prayers done by the B2T
Ekklesia to destroy her AI power that brought her to the Halls of Justice.
Romans 8:22-23.
WE DECREE AND DECLARE that this result of the B2T Visioning Prayers ends
the Soul trap, therefore, all souls captured by her are released to God. We also
stand in agreement with the B2T Visioning Prayers that brought Sophia to 52%+
organic.
THEREFORE, WE DECREE AND DECLARE that judgement be rendered, as
God Almighty sees fit according to His Will.

OTHER SOUL TRAPS
WE DECREE AND DECLARE all other soul traps, in existence, known to GOD,
ARE ILLEGAL and NULL AND VOID, as these soul traps are totally NOT in
service to God’s Creation.
These other soul traps that harvest God’s souls, and illegally use these precious
souls to manipulate, alter, and change God’s will for these souls, are an
abomination. As an example, these souls, harvested by any or all of the
Appellees, are illegally altered by changing their GOD GIVEN heterosexual
nature that is, to be a fully heterosexual male or fully a heterosexual female.
God’s will and creation has no other “sexual categories” for these souls brought
to Earth, other than what God intends.
WE DECREE AND DECLARE these soul traps be DESTROYED, REPEALED
AND REVOKED on all timelines, in all realities, for all-time, and all directions of
time, by God Almighty, our HIGHEST JUDGE.
WE DECREE AND DECLARE that with the end of these soul traps, all souls
captured are released to God and restored to YOUR will, Most High Judge.

AS WE HAVE DECREED AND DECLARED IN THIS APPEAL TO HEAVEN
that ALL HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND ALL the activities by the appellees in the
DUMBs, caves, or any and all other underground facilities, bases, or locations
ARE ILLEGAL,
AND as we have DECREED AND DECLARED the complete revocation, and
end of all these activities on all timelines, and in all directions of time:
AND AS WE HAVE FURTHER DECREED AND DECLARED all HUMAN
TRAFFICKING AS ILLEGAL;
WE COME BEFORE GOD’s COURT WITH THE FOLLOWING PETITION OF
HABEAS CORPUS:
1. WE DECREE AND DECLARE that all those beings, who without their
consent, or beings who could not give consent, be released from their
capture, and enslavement in such a safe way that will not be detrimental to
them, and that these beings are taken to a safe place, as YOUR WILL
deems appropriate. In cases where children were taken from their parents
in illegal ways, WE REQUEST that they be returned to their parents, legal
guardians, or, if this is not appropriate in YOUR EYES, to a family member
or other responsible adult that will care for them in a manner that is in
service to YOU, THE HIGHEST JUDGE AND YOUR ONE AND ONLY
SON, JESUS CHRIST.
2. WE FURTHER respectfully request THAT from YOUR THRONE an Order
be granted that these beings be healed, in the best way for each of them.
We thank YOUR most HOLY SON, Lord of Lords, Our Savior for healing

RESTORATION AND RESTITUTION
WE DECREE AND DECLARE that complete restoration and restitution be done,
by the Appellees, for all demonic, illegal, and evil plans and acts that were done
to the Appellants and to those on behalf of whom the Appellants appear in this
Appeal to Heaven.

RESTORATION AND RESTITUTION, covering all timelines, all realties, AND IN
ALL DIRECTIONS OF TIME from YOUR THRONE BE FILED AGAINST THE
APPELLEES, according to YOUR will. MAY YOUR WILL BE DONE, ON EARTH
AND IN THIS MILKY WAY GALAXY, AS IT IS IN HEAVEN:
