OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF DEED
Now Coming as Grantee, I, :Could-Be: Anyone, a true man/woman of God, heir and beneficiary hereby
acknowledge and accept said deed to the personal property known as the Your State Health Division Vital
Records Unit Certificate of Live Birth state file No.: 123-45-678910 from the Grantor/Bailee, Secretary of
State of the United States of America (see attached Exhibit B, page 3 of 5) to have and to hold as the true
owner holding allodial title as the holder and holder in due course with intent and purpose. Grantee hereby
orders the record to be updated to show my acknowledgement and acceptance of said deed. This record
supersedes any and all previously recorded acknowledgement and acceptances on any and all public records.
“Equity regards the beneficiary as the true owner; Equity will not aid a volunteer; Equity will not complete an
imperfect gift; Equity regards as done that which ought to have been done; Where equities are equal, the law
will prevail; Between equal equities the first in order of time shall prevail; Among unequal equities the greater

execute this Deed of my acknowledgement and acceptance for allodial title in fee simple absolute estate in/for
the above referenced attached infant decedent’s legal estate, authenticated by the Your State Secretary of State
certificate No.: 123456789 and the United States of America Department of State authentication certificate No.
12345678-1 and all outstanding derivative Certificates of Title, assets, attachments, and trusts, be they original
or resulting from Root of Title (Birth Record); this Deed bars any would-be bona-fide purchasers for value
without notice under the rules of Equity.
