2.1 Preparation Team & Tool’s Dismantle Actvity
Here are a few steps before working on the dismantle process
Check Point / a few step’s before start Dismantle Process
1. Use PPE according to the composition of each work
2. Conduct toolbox meetings with team
3. Prepare all the equipment for dismantle such as rope, pulley, HT, etc. in accordance with MOP
dismantle
4. Install pulleys / pulleys to the strongest structures in the tower

Horizontal mounting : 5 Meter Vertical mounting : 3 Meter

1. Vertical Mounting : 6 pcs (8 pcs U-Bolt for each vertical mounting)

2.3 Dismantle Process
V-Pole Mounting dismantle Process
Dismantle Vertical Mounting Process :
1. Install pulleys / pulleys to the strongest
structures in the tower.
2. Determine the mounting to be dismantled first,
find the Horizontal Mounting position at the
bottom & Loosen U-Bolt from Arm Bracket to
Horizontal Mounting (4 U-Bolt).
3. Slide Horizontal Mounting together (4 people
in the U-Bolt position that has been loosened)
so that the vertical mounting
position.approaches the Leg Tower.
4. Ikat vertical mounting (simpul Icicle Clove
Hitch) dengan tali yang sudah terhubung ke
katrol dan tali kendali.
5. Release one by one U-Bolt on vertical
mountings.
6. After all U-Bolt on the vertical mounting
release, move the vertical mounting load on
the pulley slowly.
7. Lower the vertical mounting slowly, control the
vertical mounting so that it does not collide
with the existing device or to the tower by 1. Vertical Mounting
using a control rope (lifting sling). 2. Horizontal Mounting

Dismantle Process
Dismantle Horizontal Mounting Process :
1. Determine the Horizontal Mounting to be
dismantled, find the lowest position first and
the Vertical Mounting has been lowered.
2. Tie the horizontal position at the bottom
(Icicle Clove Hitch knot) with a rope that is
connected to the pulley and the control
rope.
3. Release one by one U-Bolt on the arm
bracket.
4. After all the U-Bolt on the Arm Bracket is
open, slowly move the Horizontal Mounting
load on the pulley.
5. Lower it the Horizontal Mounting slowly,
control the Horizontal Mounting so as not to
hit the existing device or to the tower by
using a control rope (lifting Sling).

Dismantle Process
Dismantle Arm Bracket :
1. Lower it the arm bracket one by one,
after all Vertical Mounting and Horizontal
Mounting have been lowered.
2. Tie the Arm Bracket with a rope that has
been connected to the pulley and control
rope.
3. Release one by one U-Bolt on from the
leg tower.
4. After all the U-Bolt in the tower leg is
open, slowly move the Arm Bracket load
on the pulley.
5. Lower the Arm Bracket slowly, control
the Arm Bracket so it does not collide
with the existing device or to the tower
by using a control rope (lifting Sling).
