Received damaged product.
Worst samsung customer service after delivery.
There was also internal problem in the product.
Demo guy said lies that till 2 months we can't repair, when i called to lodged compliant they
took complaint. It's 5th day now no one attended.
Every day by 4.45 pm they r assigning executive and if we call they r saying they r busy they
can't come.
I ll never go for samsung.

The product dimensions are not as the actual product. Product is much bigger then
mentioned and had problem fitting in the decided place in kitchen. Had a very bad
experience with delivery boys too. They asked for delivery tip amount and left the box at
the door itself did not put on shelf. When installation people came a day later they picked
the box from my table and kept on kitchen floor. While picking they damaged my table. And
then dumped the microwave on kitchen floor. Mw got a dent too due to mishandling. When
we asked them to puf the mw back in box as it did nit fit, they asked for money and did not
put it back in box. I alone could not have handled a big box. Overall bad product dimensions
and very bad experience with delivery and installation guys

Operation and Usage - For regular user it will be ok however for beginner it is bit
complicated 😂
however during the usage you will get habitual.
Dimensions - Size 28 Ltr. - Dimensions are very Big in comparison to other companies
model, weight approx - 20-25 kg.
Cooking Time - Takes more time to cook / bake any item in comparison to high range
model.
Normally if you bake any item in 30 min. in any 15k + range model then the same thing will
get baked in this microwave in 45 min.
(Due to low watt , ab itte paisa me itta ich milega)

Pros
1. Cool Premium Design
2. Ceramic inner coating which you will not find in IFB microwaves.
3. Plastic Handle so you can open the door without any insulating equipment.
Cons
1. Slit in the door, from which coackroaches enter in the door frame. Not to worry though as
they don't enter the cavity of the MW.
2. Time can only be increased in increments of 10sec for Convection and Grill or 30sec for
MW.
3. Less cooking option as compared to IFB.
4. No crusty plate and microwave bowl provided.

Steem bowl and some sort of plate mentioned in description are missing, still keeping it as I
got it for a very low price. Amazon should have changed the description if those two items
are not part of the deel. But for that complaint , it is a real bargain at the price of about Rs.
8500/ I paid for it. Hope for the customers who will be buying this after discount period is
over these items will be given.

0 Star to Cloudtail India, for sending product with bent and really shocked when I returned
it back as the replacement was not available, the next moment product was available on
Amazon. Felt like they keep circulating the product unless someone ignores this kind of
issues. Request cloudtail to avoid this kind of cheap practice.
Amazon service great, delivered n returned within 16hrs, waiting for refund.
