AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ROSARIO B. AQUINO and MARDIORITA R. MONG, both of


legal ages, Filipinos, and a resident of Purok Alpine and Purok Bear Brand,
respectively, Brgy. Gatas, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with the law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we have been residents of Brgy. Gatas, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del
Sur, for more than 50 years, and during this period of time, we have
personally known MR. IGNACIO O. NAASON, being our neighbor and
close acquaintance;

2. That we know the person of IGNACIO O. NAASON, who married to


MELECIA P. NAASON, because he was a resident of the aforementioned
Barangay of which we are currently living;

3. That we know for a fact that Mr. IGNACIO O. NAASON died on July 30,
1972, at Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur due to sickness;

4. That during the same period of time we have personally known


CONSOLACION P. NAASON, the child of the aforecited spouse;

5. That we are executing this joint affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of
the foregoing set of facts without any promise of reward or any other
monetary consideration but solely for the purpose of declaring the fact of the
death of the person of MR. IGNACIO P. NAASON and for other legal
intents.

FURTHER AFFIANTS SAYETH NONE.
