Pre Job Safety Checks


WORK PERMIT FROM AUTHORITIES, BARRICADES AND WARNING SIGNS, PROPER ACCESS, MATERIAL
ARRANGEMENT, ACCESS AND EGRESS CLEAR FROM OBSTRUCTION, FIREFIGHTING EQUIPMENT,EMERGENCY
TEAM, FIRST AID KIT, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, PROJECT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, RISK ASSESSMENT,
VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT STOP BLOCKS, WORKERS PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
HOUSEKEEPING,
Safe Work Procedure to Perform Task
 All workers must attend safety induction orientation prior to be deployed in the site.
 All workers must wear mandatory personal protective equipment
 All workers must attend daily toolbox briefing
 Work permit system must be implemented
 Operators and drivers must have TUV third party certificate and KSA Driver’s license
 Banksman or signal man must be present to guide all vehicles and equipment near the access roads
 Safety signage’s and barricades must be provided in the access roads and tower location
 Vehicles provided shall be suitable for the expected terrain, (all-wheel drive) well maintained and in good
working order.
 All persons not involve in the activity must be kept away
 Drivers shall be certified, competent and trained in off road driving. They shall meet all statutory legal
requirements for employment as drivers.
 All workers must observe severe weather condition notices and act accordingly
 Soil hump must be provided in the side and edges of the access roads especially in mountain areas
 All equipments i.e wheel loader, excavator and bulldozer must have TUV third party certificate
 Perimeter of work location must be barricaded and safety signages posted to prevent unauthorized entry

Emergency Response Arrangements and Response


 Emergency responsible plan are posted on site.
 Emergency contact numbers are well noted
 First aid kit available
 Emergency vehicle must be available in the site
Ending Operations & Clean Up
 Access roads must be closed and safety signs posted to prevent unauthorized entry. Housekeeping is ongoing
activity.
