Strategic Priorities
Responsible for developing, implementing and executing Social media strategy for online and offline new business
set up. Key owner of social media voice and developing social media community. Ideate and develop various social
media campaigns to build brand and engage customers for brand penetration and advocacy.
Key Result Areas
Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver aesthetically pleasing innovative user centric design and experiences
across web and mobile platforms and devices.
Visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, GIFS, carousels, layouts and photos.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes (for stakeholder discussions/approvals), user interface specifications,
and final graphics with a strong visual design element
Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
Drive the development and communication of design guidelines, patterns, and libraries- Keep a keen eye for
detail and a passion for - pixel-perfect- fit and finish
Closely working with the Digital marketing head on all the Key projects and execute the same within budget and
timelines.
Make social media visual calendar for the promotions to be run across all platforms after taking inputs from all the
relevant stakeholders. Platforms-Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and any other emerging platform.
Minimum Education Qualification & Work Experience Required for the Position
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in social media marketing space handling brands / new age products on
online and offline businesses
Education: Degree in design or fashion arts or related field with new age tool experience like adobe , coral etc
Preferred Industry- PetCare business , E commerce

Essential Skillsets Required
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
A sense of aesthetics and a love for visual creations
Creative with empathy – able to create viral content with minimal investment
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Experience in techno functional role, responsible for the design and development of mobile applications and
web applications
Identify areas of growth in the ecommerce landscape and drive the same using technology.
Drive Customer Acquisition, Conversion, Retention and Engagement through the platform.
