respond to the crisis. Those who do research will be able to develop ways to deal with
the crisis and contribute the society. Therefore, I would like to invite all AINC 3

every challenges. And hopefully to disseminate their findings at this conference.

Abstract: Dysmenorrhea is one of the common problems that occurs on
women, especially for teenagers who experience significant
hormonal changes. It is reported that on average more than 50%
of women in all countries experience this problem. Several non-
pharmacological treatments are applied to help reducing the
pain, including warm compress. Many researches have been
conducted to see the effect of warm compress on reducing the
pain, and all of those reveals significant effects. However, it is
necessary to determine whether health education and
demonstration of warm compress is appropriate to be applied by
nurses working in a community. This research is a pilot study
that aims to determine the feasibility, effectiveness, and
efficiency of health education combined with demonstration of
warm compress on dysmenorrhea. The study was done by home
visit of 5 teenagers. The material for health education and
procedure plan has been developed prior the intervention. The
data collection process was conducted before and after the
intervention. The variables that were measured are knowledge
and attitude toward dysmenorrhea. Based on the result, it is
known that this intervention is very suitable to be applied for
community because it is more efficient in time and effort, without
reducing the material quality of the desired health education and
skill. Moreover, from the results of statistical tests using Wilcoxon
Ranks Test, it is known that there is a significant increase in
knowledge and attitude after the intervention (p <0.05). It is
expected that community nurses can apply this intervention as
one of the ways to educate and enhance the ability of teenagers
in managing the dysmenorrheal pain. Study can help the hospital
organization to link the handover process to other quality and
safety initiative, understanding of the extent bedside report
handover received by nursing staff and future handover
improvement projects.

Abstract: Self-directed learning is the amount of responsibility one accepts
for their learning. During this COVID 19 pandemic, with the shift
to online teaching and learning, the importance of self-directed
learning skills become more significant. The purpose of the study
was to determine the self-directed learning skills of nursing
students in a private health care university in Malaysia.
This study used a cross-sectional descriptive design. Using a
convenient sampling technique, a total of 150 nursing students
(response rate of 76 %) responded to this online survey using a
self-administered questionnaire via Google forms. The data was
collected using a validated scale with 41 items under three (3)
constructs. The constructs are self-management, desire for
learning, self-control. The majority of the respondents were
females (92%) Malays (82%) from the Diploma in nursing
program (91%) with a Mean age of 21.5 years (SD=2.2). The
results revealed that 56.4% of the students have high self-
directed learning skills, 46.3% moderate, and 1.3 had low self-
directed learning skills. The mean scores of Self-management,
Desire for learning, and self-control were 45.9±8.2,
51.7±7.5,57.7±9.1, respectively. The majority of the students
(56%) preferred lecture notes as the primary resource for the
learning process. The high level of self-directed learning skills
among nursing students will have a positive impact on their
overall academic performance, especially during the COVID -
19pandemic.

Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has caused significant changes in
normal human life and activities. The Covid-19 pandemic has
also had a significant impact on the education system in
Indonesia. The government's policy to carry out physical
distancing and social distancing as a health protocol by the
World Health Organization has required that all teaching and
learning activities for the students be carried out at home
including for nursing students. Virtual or online learning is a
method that is widely used in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Several online learning media have provided their own
opportunities and challenges in the learning process. This online
learning method policy has delivered opportunities and
challenges from nursing students in using the method that has
been implemented. This study aims to identify opportunities and
challenges for the online learning method during the Covid-19
pandemic in nursing students at Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda
Aceh. This study was a quantitative descriptive with cross-
sectional study design. Two hundred seventy six students
consented to participate in the study. The data collection tool
used a questionnaire developed by researchers on a Likert scale
consisting of 24 statements that have passed the validity and
reliability test with Cronbach’s alpha of 0.8. Data collection was
conducted using Google form. The results of the study showed
that the opportunities and challenges of online learning methods
were in the high category, namely 51.4% and 50.4%,
respectively. Because of the still high challenges of online
learning methods, it is recommended to organize an online-
based learning system by providing availability to access
learning resources such as e-books, e-journals, e-libraries, and
eeducation. Meanwhile, to overcome the learning challenges it is
necessary to provide adequate internet access or provision of
internet quotas that support the teaching and learning process
during the Covid-19 pandemic.

and being demonstrated. The results indicated that the majority
of the students (83%) got higher consonant errors than vowel
ones. The total number of vowel error laid on phoneme including
/o/, /oa/, /oo/ and /ou/. Additionally, the grammar errors showed
high numbers on nominal sentences (such as it has two type,
some instrument and penlights), preposition (for example : “I
want to explain to some medical instrument” and “I want explain
to you”), word choice (such as “plester” rather than bandage,
“spet” rather than syringe, “pinset” rather than tweezers and
handscoon rather than surgical gloves) and subject-verb
agreement (for example : I from group 7”). Overall, the most
common errors are in vowel and word choice.

Abstract: Emergency department (ED) nurses are among the health care
providers whom more at risk in experiencing workplace violence
(WPV), since (ED) is one of hospital units which provides critical
care and treatment. Several ED nurses experienced violence in
almost their work shifts and made it a high prevalence case in
ED. Most ED nurses choose to tolerate the violence rather than
to report it (underreported) for both internal and external reasons.
This qualitative study focuses on exploring WPV based on the
internal circumstances of the ED nurses. It employed descriptive
phenomenological approach by utilizing in-depth interviews with
8 ED nurses whom purposively chosen as participants. The
collected data were thematic analyzed by using Miles and
Huberman technique. The study identified three themes, 1)
Dilemma of nurses in reporting, 2) “ready or not you have to deal
with it”, and 3) the iceberg phenomena. The finding illustrates the
internal circumstances that influenced the nurses in reporting
WPV. The study emphasized that hospitals should eliminate the
“normalization” of violence to reduce the incidents, and moving
from “blame culture” to “learning culture” in order to build
reporting culture”. Moreover, education and training program
should be reinforced regarding all forms of unacceptable
violence. Furthermore, top managers must protect and provide
adequate support to the staff who experienced the violence.

Abstract: Fatigue is a common problem of patients with cancer; this fatigue
is different from the fatigue of normal people. Fatigue due to
cancer is chronic, throughout the body, decreased physical and
mental work capacity, appears without strenuous activity, and it
cannot be relieved by rest/sleep. More than 80% of cancer
patients experience fatigue. They experience fatigue before,
during, and after chemotherapy. Almost 30-99% of patients
experience severe fatigue. Fatigue in patients with cancer
causes limitations: physical, treatment, dependence on health
workers, and then it has an impact on the patients' life quality
and even increases morbidity. However, Cancer-related fatigue
receives less attention in treatment compared with the pain,
nausea, vomiting and other symptoms treatment. 95% of the
therapy provided by the health team is to reduce pain;
meanwhile, only 5% is to reduce cancer-related fatigue. The
most important bases for managing cancer-related fatigue are
improving: empowerment, self-efficacy and education. High self-
efficacy can overcome fatigue in patients with cancer. Self-
efficacy is one of the main components in the success of self-
management in chronic diseases such as cancer. Increased self-
efficacy in patients with cancer has improved their life quality.
Self-efficacy is an individual's assessment of his/her ability to
manage and take a series of actions. Self-efficacy beliefs
determine how a person feels, thinks, motivates, and behaves.
The results of the study at the H. Sahudin General Hospital
Kutacane Aceh Tenggara showed that the fatigue level of cancer
patients with mild fatigue is 20%, moderate fatigue is 26%, and
severe fatigue is 54%. Self-efficacy study of cancer patients
showed that 72% of cancer patients have low self- efficacy,
moderate self-efficacy by 18% and 10% cancer patients with
high self-efficacy.

Abstract: Depression is an emotional and soul disorder that is profound
sadness and affects in person's thoughts and behavior.
Antidepressants are often used to minimize the effects of
depression. However, the side effects of antidepressants make
people often experience withdrawal of drugs, so many of them
try to use herbal as an alternative therapy. Pogostemon cablin is
a potential alternative applied to pharmacological effects
including as an antidepressant. This article aimed to analyse
Pogostemon cablin as an antidepressant. Methods: This
systematic review presents three literature databases, namely
Google schoolar, PupMed, and Evidence-based Medicine,
between 2000 and 2020. The results obtained 192 articles and
only 25 documents were retrieved and were selected on
predetermined inclusion criteria. The results showed that
Pogostemon cablin contained chemical compounds as
antidepressants. However, only a few research tell about the
effectiveness of Pogostemon cablin as an antidepressant.
Pogostemon cablin in aromatherapy preparations can be used
as an antidepressant. Pogostemon cablin have antidepressant
effect, so it is often used as alternative therapy in the treatment
of depression. However, it is necessary to investigate further to
prove the effectiveness of the patchouli plant as an
antidepressant.

Abstract: Problem-Based Learning (PBL) has been widely used in various
fields of health education, including nursing education. PBL
learning method is expected to be able to improve college
student's competencies through increasing active, constructive,
collaborative, and innovative college student's participation.
However, the drastic change in the university learning model that
focuses on Student Center Learning (SCL) with the secondary
school that focuses on Teacher Center Learning (TCL) has made
the first year student’s stress. This study was conducted to
identify the stressors of first-year students of nursing who apply
the PBL learning model. The study design is qualitative. Data
was collected on 85 first-year students of nursing by using a
questionnaire with four open questions. The data were analyzed
by qualitative content analysis to identify themes and categories
according to the research theme. The study resulted in two
themes (academic stressors and social stressors), and ten
categories (teaching material, teaching and learning schedule,
access to learning facility, finance, peers, family, and residence)
as stressors for first-year students with PBL learning model.
Academic and social stressors that occur during the learning
process will have a negative impact on learning capacity, sleep
quantity and quality, drug use, mental illness, and students drop
out. Therefore, the learning methods must be reviewed every
time to minimize the negative effects. Many stressors need to be
considered in the PBL learning method. Stressors are inhibiting
factors in the academic process. A conducive academic
atmosphere with good quality of academic interaction needs to
improve continuously for increasing the academic capacity of
students.

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic was confirmed to have spread in
Indonesia beginning of March in 2020. The virus has now
infected more than hundreds of thousands people and caused
thousands of deaths. To help stop the spread of COVID-19, the
Indonesian government issued large scale social restriction or
social distancing regulation. This restriction forces people
including teenagers to stay inside of their homes and away from
a crowd. Such conditions might lead them to feel depressed and
impact their development. The efforts made by adolescents to
overcome the problems is called coping mechanism. Coping
mechanism can be divided into two categories, i.e.adaptive and
maladaptive. Adaptive coping mechanisms can strengthen
physical and psychological health, while maladaptive coping
mechanisms will have a negative impact on health. The aim of
this study was to identify the coping mechanisms used by late
adolescents in dealing with social distancing conditions in Banda
Aceh. This was descriptive research with a cross sectional study
approach. The population of this study were late adolescents
aged between 18 and 19 years old who lived in Banda Aceh.
This study used non-probability sampling technique and snowball
sampling technique with purposive sampling method that yielded
270 late adolescents in Banda Aceh. Data were analyzed using
univariate analysis in the form of frequency distribution and
percentage of each variable. The results showed that as many
as 153 respondents (56.67%) used adaptive coping mechanism,
while 117 respondents (43.33%) used maladaptive coping
mechanism. It is expected that mental health nurses and
communities provide mental and social health education to help
adolescents build their adaptive coping mechanisms and to help
them create balance in their lives.

Abstract: In Indonesia, restraining the psychiatric patients is considered a
practical solution and is accepted as part of the treatment by the
society. This research aims to explore the family experience in treating
family members with mental disorders under restraint or locally called
pasung in Gunungsitoli Sub-district of North Sumatra. A qualitative
research with phenomenological approach methods and in-depth
interviews was conducted. Participants in this study were families of
patients with mental disorders under pasung. The family confirmed that
the mental, physical and financial burdens that they faced lead to
pasung. Families also believe that mental illness is caused by
supernatural causes, and could not be treated with western medical
system, thus they prefer to seek help from traditional healers or simply
put the patients under pasung. The implications of this study show how
families treat people with mental disorders using inappropriate means
to make the patient's condition worse. Researchers suggest the
importance of counselling to prevent pasung in Indonesia.

condition compared to non-boarding school students. Islamic
boarding school (Dayah) is one of the educational institutions
demanded by the people of Aceh along with the concept of
Islamic education. The purpose of this study was to determine
the effectiveness of first aid training for secondary school
children in Dayah. This research was a quasi-experimental
design with one group pre-test and post-test in the intervention
group. The collected data involving 83 respondents of secondary
school students obtained purposively from three Dayahs in Aceh.
All respondents received first aid training for 3 days which
consists of first aid introduction material followed by practical
sessions. The data collection tool utilized first aid questionnaires
designed by the researchers and distributed before and after the
session. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test and the
intervention group between the pre-test and post-test scores
confirmed a significant differences of first aid knowledge and
skills. The study result demonstrated that the training enable to
improve the knowledge and skill of the students. An emergency
situation requires first aid at the scene before being taken to
hospital. The study suggests in order to build a school and
community with adequate first aid skills, students and community
services are strongly encouraged to have an integrated first aid

Abstract: Puberty is a transitional phase from childhood to adulthood,
characterized by the appearance of primary and secondary
sexual characteristics. Changes in young adolescents begin with
the first menstrual period called menarche. Puberty results in
oscillations resulting in anxiety, indecision, fear, worry and
anxiety as a result of unpreparedness in accepting all changes
during this phase. This study aimed to determine the knowledge
level of young adolescents in undergoing puberty at 14 Junior
High School, Banda Aceh. This study was descriptive exploratory
study that conducted in September 2018 with 45 respondents
selected through the total sampling method. Respondents were
junior high school students in the second grade who has
experienced menarche. The study technique was carried out by
giving a questionnaire with 23 statements consisting of positive
and negative answer choices. This study found that 97.8%
young adolescents had a high category of knowledge about
puberty concepts, 42.2% young adolescents had a moderate
category of knowledge about changes occurred during puberty,
and 40% of them also had a moderate category of knowledge
about menarche. Overall, 55.6% of the respondents had a
moderate category of knowledge about puberty phase.
Adolescent readiness to undergo puberty is supported by good
knowledge about puberty itself. This study results showed that
there were still many young adolescents who have not received
sufficient information to face puberty. It is hoped that parents,
schools and primary health care centers can prepare and provide
accurate information about puberty since the pre-puberty period.

Abstract: Exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) is the main nutrition for babies aged
0-6 months. In order to support the success of exclusive
breastfeeding, several related factors are needed, including
breastfeeding self-efficacy (BSE), attitude in breastfeeding, and
knowledge of EBF. One of the recommended methods to improve
these efforts is by providing multimedia-based education. This
study aims to determine the effectiveness of Multimedia
Breastfeeding Education and Reflection Program (MediBERpro) to
increase BSE, knowledge, and attitudes of breastfeeding among
primiparous mothers. This research was a quasi-experimental
design with pre-test and post-test in the control group and the
intervention group. The data was collected by online involving 93
respondents of primiparous mothers obtained by the snowball
technique and were randomly assigned to be in the control group
(n = 51) or the intervention group (n = 42). The intervention group
received the MediBERpro in the form of educational video and
reflection for 4 weeks, while the control group was given standard
education. The data collection tool used the BSES-SF, IIFAS and
PAS questionnaires which were distributed online. Data were
analyzed using the Mann Whitney and Wilcoxon test. The results
of the Mann Whitney analysis test after being carried out by
MediBERpro in the intervention group demonstrated a difference
with the control group where the p value <0.05, i.e BSE (0.000),
knowledge (0.000) and attitude (0.000). While the Wilcoxon test
results in the intervention group between the pre-test and post-test
scores demonstrated a significant difference with p value <0.05, i.e
BSE (0.000), knowledge (0.000) and attitude (0.000). Based on
the results of analysis tests, it can be concluded that MediBERpro
can increase BSE, knowledge, and attitudes among primiparous
mothers significantly. Therefore MediBERpro can be applied by
community health nurses as an intervention to increase the rate of
EBF.

Abstract: Background: The existing manual paper-based recording and
reporting system of Posyandu limits the evidence-based
decisionmaking process on improving the Posyandu service
quality. The model of digitalization of Posyandu Monitoring
System (ePosyandu), implemented in 6 districts in Aceh, aims to
visualize the real-time situation of Posyandu services and
coverage of key health programme indicators as well as increase
the community participation on health practice through regular
positive message and reminder to access maternal child health
services at Posyandu. Method: ePosyandu uses Rapid Pro,
ONA, and web-based technology to facilitate the data reporting
and visualization, as well as SMS reminders. RapidPro delivers
integrated positive messaging for child wellbeing which include
registration of caregivers of children under 2 years old and
pregnant women by cadres, SMS messages on Posyandu
session, immunization schedule, and child development
milestones related information which are automatically sent to
caregivers scheduled based on child’s age, SMS messages on
Antenatal care schedule and Iron consumption to pregnant
women based on their trimester. ONA platform is used to
facilitate monthly reporting of Posyandu key performance
indicator and yearly assessment/ stratification which are
submitted by Puskesmas staffs and village midwives. Featured
with geo-tagging function, the system can facilitate both online
and offline data collection yet has higher accuracy and efficiency,
minimizing human errors and overtime consumption that is likely
to happen if monitoring and reporting were done manually.
Further, all data is visualized in a dedicated web of
http://eposyand u.com/ to ease the monitoring process of health
managers at all level and derive insights for more accurate and
timely intervention based on data. An android apps is also built to

Abstract: Breastmilk is safe, readily available, affordable, and one of the
most effective means of ensuring children's health in developing
countries. Ideally, babies get breast milk from the first day to 6
months exclusively (WHO recommendation). Coverage of Early
Initiation of Breastfeeding (IMD) and breastfeeding during
hospitalization at Langsa Hospital in Aceh is still low. The
absence of hospital policies, lack of understanding and
commitment from health workers, and hospital staff, as well as
the behavior of health workers in complying with operational
service standards, lack of knowledge and action of patients and
families, were identified as the causes of low breastfeeding at
the Hospital. The aim of the intervention is to increase the
coverage of breastfeeding during hospitalization at Langsa
Hospital to reach 80% in 6 months since April 2019. This
intervention was utilizing the Point of Care Quality Improvement
(POCQI) approach: Improving the Quality of Care for Mothers
and Newborns in Health Facilities with focused learning, case
studies, games, and other activities to improve the knowledge,
skills, commitment, and behavior of health workers in related
units to be able to solve problems and provide better quality care
for mothers and babies. The result of the study shows the
coverage of early initiation of breastfeeding at the delivery room
was increased from 53% to 82%, in the midwifery/maternal ward,
breastfeeding during hospitalization increased from 35% to 80%,
and in the NICU from 58% to 100%. This increased coverage
was a result of policy support from the Hospital, increased
knowledge, skills, commitment, and behavior of health workers,
and improved compliance with the standard operational
procedures. The sustainability of the improved breastfeeding
practice at Langsa Hospital needs to be maintained. It also
needs to be strengthened by improving the counseling sessions
during antenatal care at the maternal outpatient clinic to promote
the exclusive breastfeeding practice.

Abstract: Aceh is one of the high risk provinces for disasters, especially
earthquake, tsunami, and flood in Indonesia. Therefore, the role
of community health nurse (CHN) is essential in disaster
management particularly in the pre-disaster phase to reduce the
number of casualties and increase community preparedness.
This research aims to analyze the association between the role
of CHN in disaster prevention with socio-demographic
characteristics which include ages, genders, the educational
levels, also working and disaster training experiences. It utilized
descriptive explorative design with cross-sectional approach
within 78 CHNs in Aceh. The sampling technique was self-report
by using questionnaires which developed by the researchers
refers to the competences of nurses according to International
Competencies of Nursing (ICN) and the Indonesian Centre of
Disaster Health Crisis Management. The study identified 60%
respondents have the ability in performing their roles in disaster
prevention. It was revealed that male and female nurses were
more prepared in managing pre-disaster in terms of specific
roles. Moreover, the nurses in certain age groups, educational
level, and work experiences were also well performed in
particular roles. Furthermore, nurses with disaster training were
performed better in the role of client advocate in managing pre-
disaster. Our study confirms that the role of CHN in managing
pre-disaster is associated with certain demographic
characteristics. Additionally, the study recommends further
trainings on disaster and managing the role of the nurses in
disaster management based on their demographic characteristic
advantages.

Abstract: The spread of COVID-19 is still ongoing and continuing to infect
more than 2 million people in more than 200 countries. The
Covid-19 pandemic has certainly caused a significant crisis in
various groups and populations in the world, especially nurses.
The roles and responsibilities that nurses have to play become a
dilemma when they not only have to protect themselves but also
their colleagues and their families from this deadly virus infection.
This study was to identify the experiences of nurses in
providing nursing care to patients with confirmed COVID-19 at
the Padangsidimpuan City Regional General Hospital. The study
was used as a phenomenological design. Five participants were
selected by purposive sampling with criteria inclusion. The data
were gathered by conducting in-depth interviews and analyzed
by Collaizi’s. The result emerged five themes, namely: 1)

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic shapes the lives of people around the
globe ± at the same time, people themselves have the power to
shape the pandemic. By employing protective health behavior,
such as social distancing, hygiene, mask wearing, and
appropriate actions when infected, the population can contribute
to alleviating the severity of an outbreak. This may be of
particular importance whenever health systems or populations
are vulnerable to shocks, as is frequently the case in low- and
middle-income settings. Therefore, understanding the underlying
drivers of protective health behavior against COVID-19 is
urgently needed to shape policy responses. We investigate the
individual-level determinants of disease knowledge and behavior
in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in Aceh, Indonesia. We
use data from a representative population sample of 40-70 year
olds, obtained from telephone interviews between March and
May 2020 and face-to-face interviews in 2019. We employ linear
probability models that account for a comprehensive set of
factors that were previously found to influence knowledge and
practice during pandemics. These factors pertain to
socioeconomic characteristics, behavioral economic preferences,
pandemic knowledge, and informational sources. We find that
both knowledge and uptake of protective health behavior are
relatively high. Knowledge is the largest explanatory driver of
protective health behavior, while socioeconomics and economic
preferences are minor determinants. However, knowledge itself
is strongly shaped by socioeconomic gradients, being lower in
less educated, less wealthy and rural households. Similarly,
information sources predict knowledge, and differ significantly by
socioeconomic groups.

Abstract: Background Collecting health information from healthy subjects
can be challenging, especially in the setting where the
respondents had been exposed to a long military conflict, natural
disaster, or where community-based research is uncommon.
Aims This study aims to unveil the challenges encountered by
the researchers, especially the enumerators, while conducting
baseline data collection for a community-based action research.
Methods A qualitative study was conducted among enumerators
who assisted baseline data collection for a study on
hypertension and diabetes. The enumerators’ experience on
strengths and challenges of data collection process were
collected via Focus Group Discussions. Results Various
challenges in data collection were revealed. The challenges
include long bureaucratic requirements, suspicion towards
enumerators, feeling certain questions were too sensitive, and
difficulties of the respondents to understand the questionnaire.
Furthermore, exposure to the military conflict influenced the way
respondents reacted to the enumerators, especially in giving
signed informed consent. Some respondents also expected
compensation or gift from the conducted interviews. Conclusions
When conducting a community-based data collection, the local
ethics approval, research permit from local authority and
collaboration with the local researchers might expedite the data
collection process. The subjects should be clarified on the
importance of providing the informed consent.

Abstract: The first case of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) was
detected on 24 January 2020 in Malaysia. The WHO Country
Office in Malaysia has been working closely with the Ministry of
Health to respond to this outbreak. Following the outbreak in
Wuhan China, our local health-care system was overwhelmed.
Majority of the nurses had no infectious disease expertise to
provide care to patients with COVID-19 though had little
exposure to SARS and MERS-CoV. We aimed to describe the
experience of the nurses during the pandemic. We conducted a
qualitative study using in-depth interviews in June 2020 using
purposive sampling. Six nurses were recruited as participants.
All interviews were transcribed verbatim and content analysis
was conducted to elicit meaning from the data collected into
themes. Three themes emerged from data analysis. The first
theme was being fully responsible for patients’ wellbeing. Nurses
had a crucial role in providing comprehensive and the best care
to patients who were admitted in intensive care. The second
theme was the challenges of working on COVID-19 areas
especially at the screening area and in intensive unit. The nurses
faced many challenges and experience exhaustion due to heavy
workloads and the fear of becoming infected and infecting
significant people in their life. However, the third theme
appeared that the nurses were feeling resilience and have
professional commitment though they shared their fear and
stress. The spirit of working and supporting each other working
in the team sustain their wellbeing though most of the nurses are
physically and emotionally drained. The nurses shared that they
require regular and intensive training as to promote future
preparedness and efficacy in crisis management.
