1. Objectives

At the end on the session, the students will be able to:

 identify statements of allusion from the text.


 analyze the type of allusion presented.
 Construct sentences incorporating allusions from national or local culture.
2. Content
The teacher presents pictures of various landmarks, persons, celebrities, literary works, and
events to the students. The students will relate the images and formulate referenced sentences.

3. Methods and Strategies
Group Activity

The students will be divided into 5 groups.


Each group is assigned to provide examples of allusions based on the assigned type.
Each group should provide 5 sentences each.
Each sentence is worth 2 points. If the grammar is incorrect, a point will be deducted.
