change the starting point of every note , considering altering the start of the phrase . Add turn to the
longer value notes . A turn is a quick change in pitch in which either a half or whole step . You can also
bend the notes meaning that the pitch starts or ends at a quater tone rather than the typical half or
whole interval. Jazz, blues , and gospel performance often use grace notes at the start of a phrase or a
note of the longer value than the other notes of the phrase .

Consider adding a ritardando (slow down at the end of the piece or before a change in the piece
sometimes the key changes is called tonic change) .( Fermata is actually a pause – for different
instrument the term changes .) Then continue our tempo at abnormal speed . Some composers mark
the piece in this way because they intend the performer to express the melody line in time Using the
time indicated on the sheet music as a rough guide to relative timing value for the meaning of the piece
and how to feel as you listen to it . Do the notes will melancholy ! If it feel melancholy add vibrato linger
on particular note, add rhytmness to your sound or make your sound soft and soothing. Whether the
note are bit and cheerful in that case make sound crisp and besides . Try swinging the beat ( by adding
syncopation and changing the timing, such that note values are in triplets as oppose to normal timing )
Same piece can be played in different style- depending on the passage the musician are performing so as
to the feel of the music . If it is jazz ,swing or rock and roll , if it is a march the exactly correct on the
timing and pourres the notes the pitch ( accent each note and make it slightly staccato ) keep the pitches
precisely and shortly make the releases clean.

If you are playing in a band or orchestra you will be required to follow the direction of the conductors
unless you are a soloist in which case the conductor may wish to have you interpret the music and you
will direct the other musician in following your leach . However even when the conductor is coordinating
the group he or she will open one of the musician sometimes soloist or more important Then the
conductor listen the soloist . And expresses the soloist while the play . Use some of the techniques listed
