One (1) piece clothe color gray with Bloodstain
Three (3) pieces of Blood Swab (bloodstain sample)

TYPE AND PURPOSE OF LABORATORY EXAMINATION:


To determined whether the said bloodstains are from human or not, to
confirm the presence of blood, to know the origin of the blood if it is from the
victim or suspect and to determined the blood type.

FINDINGS:
Laboratory Examination conducted on the above mentioned specimen gave
the following results:

1. Positive for human blood showing reactions to group “A”


2. IRENE DAGARAGA BASAYA showed to reactions to group “A”
