5. Software

 Operating system
All desktops and notebooks are equipped with a license of the operating system Windows 10 Pro.
Ubuntu Linux operating system can be installed instead of Windows.

 Microsoft Office
There is a possibility to install Microsoft Office 2010 on notebooks and desktops which entails an extra cost of 10
euros (VAT not included). In Belgium this can only be installed for organization that have the non-profit (VZW)
status.

6. Others

Depending on the stock and the availability, we can provide projects with high quality ‘other’ refurbished
including smartphones, tables and beamers at a price dependent on the supply. For more information please

 Warranty
In Belgium we give a 6 month warranty on all device ordered.
