The University has been established by the Govt. of Rajasthan, under Ordinance 6 of 2007. It is a UGC
recognized university as per Sec. 2f of the UGC Act 1956.The University is en tled to conduct various
courses at UG, PG and Doctoral level as described in schedule of the Act.

UGC Approved
University Grant Commission is the highest authority to empower approval and recogni ons to establish
university and run any course as per direc on provided by MHRD to UGC. Singhania University is listed
at UGC portal under private Universi es, Rajasthan.

AICTE Approved
As per law, Universi es do not require AICTE approval (AICTE no fica on No. UB/04(03)/2010). Only
ins tu ons which are affiliated to Universi es require approval. As Singhania University is a Self-
Financed University established by a State Act, it does not require AICTE approval. This standing of law is
no fied in the case of Bharathidasan University Vs AICTE.

NCTE Approved
As per law, Universi es do not require NCTE approval to run any teaching courses. This has been well
no fied by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Basic Educa on Board, UP V Upendra Rai & Ors. Repoted

ASSIGNMENTS
SUBMISSION

l The students have been provided with assignment ques ons at the student login portal.
l Students should submit/upload assignment at the student portal before one month of the exam
starts.
l The student should score 40% in every assignment to pass in respec ve assignment.
l Assignment marks are considered in the final mark sheet generated by the university and
assignment would have 20 percentage weightage for the same while exam would have 80%
weightage for final score card.
l If university ask for Hardcopy of assignment then university will provide assignment books and
student need to submit assignment hardcopy as per scheduled date announced by university.

Examina on

l Examina ons are tenta vely conducted between 15 – 30 May and December. The me table
details would be communicated to students in advance.
l Second A empt examina on fees (Per subject ): Rs 500.
l If any student hall cket is generated but not a ended exam then also they have to pay re -appear
exam fees of Rs 500 per subject for Indian Student and $50 for other student.
l Student need “No Dues Cer ficate” and all fees should be clear before exam form filling and
student without full fees payment are not allowed to give their examina ons.

Project Guidelines
l For Program with project work students are required to submit a so copy and hard copy.
l The project topic will be course and industry related topic only.
l Project evalua on charges are Rs. 1,000/ - for Indian Student and $100 for other student.

Mark sheets
l Once student complete all the mandated assignments, examina ons and projects the final mark
sheets would be declared online and then it will be dispatched.
l The mark sheets would be issued / declared by the university within 3 months from date of exams.

2. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances and it will not adjust with other students or balanced.
3. Fees paid in the form of Demand Dra or cheque should be in favour of “GEETANJALI INSTITUTE ”, Payable at “BENGALURU”

5. An admission fee has to be cleared within 40 days from date of admission of concerned semester / Year, if fees is not
cleared on or before due date, the Admission will be cancelled provisionally without any prior in ma on to student or daily
late fine of Rs 10 will be charged if not paid on commi ed date/ me.
6. Candidate deposi ng the fees to the GEETANJALI INSTITUTE ’S bank account or by any means should be in mated through
WhatsApp/SMS on 8088 65 65 65 with an email at info@geetanjaliins tute.com. NO PAYMENT ACCEPTED AT PERSONAL
ACCOUNTS, if Transferred Company will not liable for anything.
7. Change of Courses/Subject/University/Medium is possible only within 7 Days from the date of admission. Change is
provided based on University acceptance and there will be change fees applicable, student to give wri en applica on.
8. The Study Material will be provided at addi onal cost, a er University approval of your applica on and on payment of full
fees only.
9. The study material can be sent through post/courier to the student address as per the candidate’s request/ The Candidate
has to bear the POST/COURIER expenses, can be collected at the end of each semester/year.
10. Admission Cancella on will be done within 48 hours of taking admission and student is eligible for full refund. (Rs 1,000 will
be deducted towards registra on fees). This is applicable if your applica on is not processed and if your applica on is
processed to university then there will be no refund at any cost.
11. A er 48 hours there is no any refund of fees at any cost, We insist student to take own me before taking admission.
12. We understand that student have checked carefully regarding eligibility critera, legal status of course and university before
