Liquidity ratio- Determine the ability to pay yung mga current obligation

a. Current ratio- Measure yung ability ng company na magbayad ng current obligation using current
asset

- indicates na may enough resources ba pambayad ng mga utang pag positive yung lumabas na sagot

b. cash ratio- measure capacity ng entity na magbayad ng current obligation using cash

same interpretation sa taas

c. Working Capital- ability ng company na magbayad ng obligation

pag positive- may funds

pag negative- wala

Acitivity Ratio- use to track progress of a business, change in performance

- How efficiently nagagamit yung asset


- Kaya gumagamit ng average kasi sa formula isa is nominal- sales and isa is real- b/s

Profitability Ratio- ability to earn profit relative sa sales, assets and others

a. margin ratio- ability to convert sales into profit

- Gross profit margin ratio- earning profit, bawas lang dito is cost of good sold pag mas mataas
mas maganda ang performance

- Operating profit margin ratio- Bawas naman dito is yung mga operating expenses and cogs na,
mas mataas din is indicates na maganda performance ng company.

- Net profit margin ratio- Bawas na lahat ng expenses cogs, operating expenses, fixed cost (tax
and interest). Mas mataas din indicates magandang performance ng company.

b. return ratio- ability ng company na magbalik sa mga investors, magkano mababalik sa investors. mas
mataas din is indicates na maganda performance ng company.

Payback period- Measures kung at what time babalik sa investors sa kanilang investments.
