Checking Exception Handling 

You  can  use  this  procedure  to  check  the  exception  codes  used  during  picking  and  packing. 
Exceptions that might occur in this business process are the following: 
● A picker finds a smaller quantity than the requested quantity in the storage bin 
● The bin the picker should pick from is not accessible 
● A  packer  finds  a  smaller  quantity  than  the  requested  quantity  in  the  picking  handling  unit 
(HU) 
 

Procedure 
1. Check the Exception code DIFD in Customizing   
Extended  Warehouse  Management under   Cross-Process  Settings   Exception 
Handling   Define Exception Codes  : 
To  check  the  data,  you  need  to  select  an  exception  code  and  do  a  top-down  navigation  using 
the dialogue structure.
