Tell me about yourself


>> I have been working as an Branch Manager for over 2yrs. I started as Account
officer and was promoted after 3yrs to Supervisory level. I am passionate about learning
new skills and completed some training like Managing people. My 8 years in
experienced engaging with diffrent people has taught me a great deal about dealing
with customers that's why i applied in Bpo to contribute this skills.

Why did left your previous job


>> This is due to family sensitive issue
Do you believe in White lies
>>>Yes, I believe it exist, but we must not do it. Lies are still lies. Liars are like thieves.

If you will be given a chance to change anything what would it be?

>>>Firstly I would like to go back to my childhood and bring back those days
where I could do what I want to do. I would have loved to mix with many more
people, friends and get to know them, experience personally from life, it's
goodness and flaws. Nowadays children are so lucky, they are more exposed
and can decide by themselves and choose the other life they want to

What will be the reason for you to be late or absent?


>>> Car trouble or accident

What’s the difference between urgency and always on time?


>>> The difference between “emergency” and “urgency” is that an emergency is an
immediate threat to the well being and urgency is threat to the well being, in near
future. Emergency is considered a situation where the life, health, property or environment
faces an immediate threat.

Why do you want to work for our company/Why did you choose cnx?
>> During my research, I discovered that your company really values training and
ongoing learning for your employees, and as someone who loves to learn new things
and be challenged, this is important to me. I also read some reviews
regarding work-life balance, salary wise, no work place discrimination, the managers,
supervisors, tenured workers are friendly and approachable.
What can you contribute to the company answer examples?

>>>I can contribute my organizational skills and my ability to work well in a group. I


have the experience, contacts, and knowledge to contribute to the rapid growth of this
business • Vision. I am experienced in the areas this company needs to grow, and my
ability to plan ahead will help facilitate that growth.

>>> To become a father for me to experience how hard to be a founder in your home to
experience the obligation how to managed a beautiful family how you discipline your
kids

>>> Since we are on pandemic I will implement right away to give freedom to the people
to bring back the normal life
3 things you will bring while stuck in an island
1. drinking water because it is essential for survival.
2. a lighter to start a fire, feel warm and be able to cook.
3. a Swiss army knife to prepare food, protect ourselves, and build a shelter.
4. a first aid kit in case of injury.
