Lesson Plan in PE I - March 9, 2018

The lesson plan aims to teach students to jump over stationary objects using forward, backward, and side-to-side movements. The plan includes preliminary warm-up activities like playing "Piko", presenting the lesson which covers safety rules and jumping activities like an over-under relay and jumping over hoops. Students will then generalize what games involve different types of jumping and the importance of cooperation. They will apply this by playing sack races in teams and discuss the values of being a winner and teamwork. An evaluation with true/false statements will assess student understanding.
