WAY FORWARD ON LEARNING DELIVERY MODALITIES (LDM) COURSE 2

To: ALL TEACHERS

1. In reference to the Division Memorandum No. 157, s 2020 and with the Focus Group
Discussion and Orientation on the Learning Delivery Modalities (LDM) Course 2 for
Instructional Coaches and Teachers already cascaded by the District Office headed by our PSDS,
School Heads and Master Teachers (Mentors) and all Teachers (Mentees) are hereby instructed
to proceed with the way forward activities in timetable as follows:

A. School LAC Session on LDM2 for Teachers August 31, 2020

• Orientation and Walkthrough 2:00 PM

• Creation of Small Group

• Schedule of Activities

B. Self-Study of the assigned modules August 31, 2020 to September 4, 2020

Part I – Instructional Supervision and

Technical Assistance in the LDM

Module 1: Course Orientation

Module 2: Most Essential Learning Competencies

Module 3: Lesson Design and Assessment in the Modalities


Module 4: (Coaches) TA and Coaching in Learning LDMs

(Teachers) Planning for Continuing Professional Development in LDM, Pedagogies,


Assessment, and LAC Planning

Part 2. Practicum – LDM Implementation and September 5, 2020 and onwards

Building Portfolio

Module 5: Building Your LDM TA Portfolio

C. Receipt/ Validation of Output -School Level Via Google Drive/ Link per small group
September 1-4, 2020 or as finished / as it comes within the scheduled time

D. Submission of Output/Portfolio to Instructional Coach-District September 7, 2020 Submission


of Output / Portfolio as required based on SDO To RO/ CO/ NEAP Instruction

2. The conduct of the aforementioned activities aims to:

a. know the different LDMs and platforms: their features, uses, and pedagogies

b. plan for the implementation of the school-adopted LDMs;

c. prepare learning materials and resources needed for the LDM; and

d. be confident in executing lessons in the new LDM

3. Use of google sheet or google drive may be prompted as an option in validating the
output of teachers.

4. School Heads serve as the LAC Leaders and Master Teachers as the Facilitator and the
District Supervisor will serve as the Instructional Coach. The School Heads and the Master
Teachers will check and rate the output of teachers. These will be validated by the Instructional

Coach, our PSDS.

5. A uniform Study Notebook for the output will be used as instructed during the District

Orientation. Template for this will be uploaded in the group account. This will also serve as the
submitted Portfolio of Teachers.

6. LAC Sessions and Small Groups are indicated in the Enclosure.
