The continuing threat of COVID-19 pandemic in the country bring about


varied challenges to education. As the school prepares for the school year
2020-2021, the teachers, Head teachers and school head must adapt to
alternative learning delivery modality to ensure that the learners achieve
essential curricular goals in so doing. This unique situation will require
creative and innovative ways of implementing the PPST for teachers that
outline when required skills and competencies of quality teachers enabling
them cope with situation. The Implementation of RPMS-PPST help receive
quality basic education from qualified professionals whose competencies
are abreast with changes and advances amidst COVID-19 pandemic.
Guidelines will resolve issues of teachers having difficulty coming up their
Individual Performance Commitment Form (IPCRF) and compiling voluminous
Means of Verifications and ensuring that their performance and practice of
teaching are measured through standard and objectives.

Objectives

The objectives of this undertaking are the following:

A.Ensure that teachers will focus work efforts toward achieving the
department’s vision,mission,values and strategic priorities through
the Sulong Edukalidad.
B.Understand the tools and the different phases within the various
cycles of the RPMS ,ensuring that mechanisms are in place to
supports teachers’s performance.
C. Conduct a demonstration teaching via Learning Action Cell

XII. Terms of Reference of Program Management Committee

 Executive Committee oversees the conduct of the training-workshop and provides


support to other members of the working committee
 Planning Committee - The Chair shall be responsible for the planning of
workshop topics and activities, this includes the training venue, training time
and information dissemination methods to participants. The co-chairman shall
assist the chairman in planning of workshop topics and activities, this includes
the training venue, training time and information dissemination methods to
participants

 Registration/Attendance Committee– Manage the attendance of the


participants by monitoring the number of attendees throughout the conduct of
the activity; provide and submit the list of participants to the Certificate and
Documentation Committee for appropriate recognition, proper documentation
and standard auditing protocol.

 Accommodation Committee - The Committee shall attend to the needs of the


trainers and speakers during the training sessions and shall extend the
appropriate expression of hospitality. They shall also coordinate with the
Executive Committee for the tokens and honoraria of the trainers/speakers.

 Program and Certificates Committee – The Chair shall be responsible for the
editing, printing and production of programs and certificates of appearance
and participation for the participants and certificate of recognition for the
training – writeshop. The member shall be responsible for designing , printing,
production and releasing of certificate to the participants.

 Technical Committee –Responsible in all aspect throughout the session of the


training-workshop. Provide an open – forum for professional discussion during
the training workshop so that all concerns of the participants will be address.
