45. Low Claim Bonus Clause
Underwriter hereon note and agree to provide the Assured with
a 10% Discount Low Claim Bonus by the End of period Calculated
on total gross premiums subject to overall gross Loss Ratio < 25%
within the policy period .This amount shall be returned by the
Assured by End Of Period with subject to no outstanding claim.
The overall gross Loss Ratio to be calculated by taking total
amount of claims incurred / paid / outstanding / reserved for the
current policy period against total gross premiums including
additional and/or return premium where applicable for the same
policy period
46. Issuing Cost of Class Maintenance Certificate (CMC) will coverage
by Insurer with Max Limit USD 5,000
