LEGAL NOTICE
Under the instruction from and on behalf of my client Sh. Agya ram
Rathore S/o Sh Bhogi Lal R/o House No U-60, Welcome, Seelampur – III,
Delhi- 110053, I do hereby serve you upon the following
legal notice:-
1. That you the addressee is the wife of friend of my client namely
Rajender Prasad.
2. That you the addressee and my client had purchased a property
bearing D 2/10, Welcome, Seelampur III, Delhi 110053 jointly in
which my client had paid half of the consideration amount and it was
mutually agreed between my client and you the addressee that both
will use/enjoy the property in equal portion.
3. That you the addressee since day one of the purchasing of the
aforesaid property jointly had let out the whole property on rent
without the consent of my client to various tenants and you are
fetching handsome rent from all the tenants of different floors of
which the total comes to approximately Rs 15, 000/- (fifteen thousand
only) per month from all portions rented to different tenants.
4. That as my client is co- owner of the aforesaid property and he is
entitled to half of the rent which you are fetching and enjoying from
all the tenants and till today you have not paid a single penny to my
client and whenever my client had requested you for the same, you
and your husband has threatened him with dire consequences and you
are trying to grab the property which belongs to my client. Hence this
legal notice.
I, therefore, call upon you through this legal notice to pay to my
client the half of the amount which you are fetching and enjoying
from various tenants of different portions of the aforesaid property
along with interest within 7 days of the receipt of this legal notice,
failing which I have definite instructions from my client to take
recourse to the court of law against you.
You are also liable to pay Rs.11000/- towards the charges of
this legal notice. A Copy of this legal notice has been retained
in my office for further use and reference.
