Here Is A Rundown Of How It Works:

1. First of all you need a super strong fully verified PayPal stealth account. Because if you don't PayPal
will shutdown and limit your account right away.

2. You need to get high limit Credit Cards (we usually use AMEX) these days to make sure chargebacks
take longer to hit. Because people who own American Express cards, especially high balance ones are
used to spending more so they won’t notice these charges that fast

3. After that you gotta make sure your setup is correct and you use the right SOCKS 5 proxies to spoof
the cardholders location. This part will make or break your success with PayPal!

4. Now it’s time to card the first PayPal stealth account but now here comes the problem for 99% of the
people. Many times the Credit Card they bought is already attached to another PayPal account which
means the card will be rejected! Ouch! So for that you gotta use a so called PayPal checker tool that
shows you if card is already in use or not. We developed a custom tool for that and I am sharing it with
you in the guide.

5. After you successfully carded your 1st PP stealth account you wanna get the money out as fast as
possible. How you do that? You use a 2nd Paypal Stealth account, send the money to this one and then
cash out using various methods. That way the chargebacks will always just hit the first account and your
second one is save.
