“The Grand Jurors, aforesaid, in the name and behalf
ofthe citizensofGeorgia, charge and accuse.
BRYAN ANTHONY RHODEN with the offense of MALICE MURDER, O.C.G.A. 16-5-1,
for tha the said accused person, in the County ofCobb and Stateof Georgia, on or about the 3rd
dayof July, 2021, did unlawfully, with malice aforethought, cause the death of Eugene Siller, a
human being, by shooting Eugene Siller in the head and neck, contrary to the lawsof said State,
the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

and the Grand Jurors, aforesaid, in the name and behalfofthe citizens ofGeorgia, further charge
and accuse BRYAN ANTHONY RHODEN with the offense of MALICE MURDER,
0.C.G.A. 16-51, for that the said accused person, in the County of Cobb and State of Georgia,
on or about the 3rd dayofJuly, 2021, did unlawfully, with malice aforethought, cause the death
of Paul Pierson, a human being, by shooting Paul Pierson in the back, buttock, leg, and arms,
contrary to the lawsofsaid State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

and the Grand Jurors, aforesaid, in the name and behalfofthe citizens of Georgia, further charge
and accuse BRYAN ANTHONY RHODEN with the offense of MALICE MURDER,
0.C.G.A. 16-5-1, for that the said accused person, in the CountyofCobb and StateofGeorgia,
on or abou the 3rd dayof July, 2021, did unlawfully, with malice aforethought, cause the death
of Henry Valdez, a human being, by shooting Henry Valdez in the head, contrary to the laws of
said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

and accuse BRYAN ANTHONY RHODEN with the offense of KIDNAPPING WITH js
BODILY INJURY, 0.C.G.A. 16-5-40, for that the said accused person, in the County of Cobb
and State of Georgia, on or about the 3rd day ofJuly, 2021, did unlawfully abduct and steal away ¥

and accuse BRYAN ANTHONY RHODEN with the offense of KIDNAPPING WITH
BODILY INJURY, O.C.G.A. 16-5-40, for that the said accused person, in the County of Cobb
and Stateof Georgia, on or about the 3rd dayof July, 2021, did unlawfully abduct and steal away
Henry Valdez without lawful authority or warrant and held such person against his will by
binding Henry Valdez with duct tape and transporting him in the bed of a pickup truck to
Pinetree Country Club where said accused shot Henry Valdez in the head, said act resulting in
bodily injury and death, contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity
thereof.

and accuse BRYAN ANTHONY RHODEN with the offense of FELONY MURDER,
0.C.G.A. 165-1, for that the said accused person, in the County of Cobb and Stateof Georgia,
on or about the 3rd day of July, 2021, while in the commission ofa felony, to wit: Kidnapping in
that said accused did unlawfully abduct and steal away Paul Pierson without lawful authority or
warrant and held such person against his will by binding Paul Pierson with duct tape and
transporting him in the bedof a pickup truck to Pinetree Country Club, did cause the death of
‘Bugene Siller, a human being, irrespective of malice, contrary to the laws of said State, the good

on or about the 3rd day of July, 2021, while in the commissionof a felony, to wit: Aggravated
Assault as set forth in Count 12ofthis Indictment, did cause the deathof Paul Pierson, a human
being, irrespectiveofmalice, contrary to the lawsofsaid State, the good order, peace and dignity
thereof.

Assault as set forth in Count 13ofths Indictment, did cause the deathof Henry Valdez, a human

onorabout the 3rd dayof July, 2021, did make an assault pon the personof Paul Pierson with a
firearm, 2 deadly weapon, to wit: a handgun, contrary to the laws of said State, the good order,
peace and dignity thereof.

and accuse BRYAN ANTHONY RHODEN with the offense of AGGRAVATED ASSAULT,
0.C.G.A. 165-21, for that the said accused person, in the CountyofCobb and State of Georgia,
on or about the 3rd dayofJuly, 2021, did make an assault upon the person of Henry Valdez with
a firearm, a deadly weapon, to wit:a handgun, contrary to the lawsofsaid State, the good order,
peace and dignity thereof.

and the Grand Jurors, aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the citizensofGeorgia, further charge
and accuse BRYAN ANTHONY RHODEN with the offense of POSSESSION OF
FIREARM DURING COMMISSION OF A FELONY, O.C.G.A. 16-11-106, for that the said
accused person, in the County of Cobb and State of Georgia, on or about the 3rd day of July,
2021, did unlawfully have on and within arm's reach of his person a firearm, to wit: a handgun,
during the commission of Malice Murder, Kidnapping with Bodily jury, Felony Murder, and
Aggravated Assault, felony crimes involving the persons of Eugene Siller, Paul Pierson, and
Henry Valdez, contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.

and the Grand Jurors, aforesaid, in the name and behalfofthe citizens of Georgia, further charge
and accuse BRYAN ANTHONY RHODEN with the offense of TAMPERING WITH
EVIDENCE, 0.C.G.A. 16-10-94, for that the said accused person, in the County of Cobb and
State of Georgia, on or about the 3rd day of July, 2021, did knowingly conceal physical
evidence, to wit: a firearm, said evidence involving the prosecution of the offenses of Malice
Murder, Kidnapping with Bodily Injury, Felony Murder, and Aggravated Assault with intent to
prevent the apprehension of and obstruct the prosecutionofsaid accused, to wit: said accused did
conceal the murder weapon while fleeing the crime scene and did solicit another individual to
pick up the firearm s0 as to avoid apprehension and otherwise obstruct the prosecution of
‘himself, contrary to the lawsofsaid State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
