PROJECT TITLE: Project Make It Count (M I C)

INTRODUCTION:

Project Make It Count (M I C) is a n intervention program designed to improve


student's numeracy through series of activities. It was launched last August 22, 2019.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

Based from the diagnostic test that was given, it was found out that 61 out of
82 or 75.31% of Grade 7 students have difficulties in the four fundamental operations.
Forty-six out of sixty-one learners shows very satisfactory improvement after
undergoing the year 1 implementation of the project.

From there, fourteen (14) learners undergone year 2 implementation of Project


M I C since (1) one of the recipients did not enroll for School Year 2020-2021.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION:

Last January 15, 2021, home visitation was conducted, informing the parents
and students regarding the continuation of Project M I C (Make It Count) and
distributed the Worksheets to be accomplished by the learners.

They were given schedule on accomplishing the assigned tasks that was
agreed upon by the parents and the students.

CONCLUSION:

The results revealed that nine (9) out of 14 students or 64.29% shows progress
after the implementation of year 2 of the said project. Five (5) students still need to
undergo series of exercises to improve their mathematical ability particularly on the
use of four fundamental operations
