With reference to the subject noted above, enclosed please find herewith our proposal of providing rental
power, for your kind perusal.
We are the Diesel Captive power Solution Company, we also provide the following services in addition to
supply of Rental Power:-
* Supply, Installation & Commissioning of D.G. Sets from 0.5 KVA to 2500 KVA.
* Annual Service Contracts.
* Emergency Service.
* Supervision of maintenance as per supplier’s schedule.
* Major & minor overhauls.
* Workshop facilities.
* Facility for repair & supply of elect. panels.
* Stocking of spare parts.
* Consultancy on selection of equipment and system engineering for special customer needs.
* Adopting and providing any new technology in this field.
* Undertake total Turnkey Jobs.

Terms & Conditions:-
01. Charges for extra hours: Extra hours run will be charged on pro rata basis after 100
hours of operation per month for each D.G. Set
02.Taxes & Duties: GST (extra, as applicable) will be charged extra on
monthly rent, mentioned. Other Taxes, Duties, if any, levied by the authority at the
time of Billing, will be charged. Octroi & other taxes, if any, levied by the local authority,
will be to your account.
03. Rental Period: As mentioned above and extendable further on mutually
acceptable terms, thereafter.
04. Payment Terms: An interest free security deposit equivalent to 2 months rent for
each D.G. Set is to be paid along with your order. This deposit amount will be
adjusted against last bill during final settlement. We will raise our monthly Bills on
the last day of the month of operation and the same will be settled by you within 10
days of receipt along with log record, duly certified by your authorized staffs. Delay
in making the payment beyond this time will attract an interest @ 24%.
05. Operation: We can provide one operator to you at an extra cost for 8 hours operation
a day and proportionate extra charges for extra hours thereof will be levied after 8
hours of operation. Suitable boarding & lodging at site for the operating crew will be
arranged by you, as required.
06. Maintenance & Repair: Lub Oil, Filter, Maintenance and Repair of the machines will be
to our account. Diesel on your Account. In case of mishandling and breakage
by your site staff / employees, the total cost of repairing shall be borne by you.
07. Diesel: You will provide no. 2 HSD, as required at site.
08. Delivery: As mentioned above, subject to prior booking.
09. Insurance: Insurance of the above equipment is to be borne by you.
10. Statutory Requirements: This, as necessary, to run the above equipment at
your project site, will be arranged by you.
11. Pre-termination of the Hiring Contract: If the Contract is pre-terminated by you, one
month notice or one month’s minimum guaranteed monthly rent over and above the
rent for the period of actual use will be given to us for each D.G. Set. We
reserve the right to pre-terminate the contract immediately in the event the machine
hired is used in a wrong application causing abnormal wear and tear or is
getting abused or operating crew is ill-treated at site.
12. Load capacity: Max. Load allowed is 75% of the rated capacity only for any
Rental Gen Set, overloading over which can be penalized.
13. Validity of the offer: 30 days.
14. Transportation: One way Transportation & installation charges Rs. 8,000/- extra at
actual per dg set will be to your account and Demobilization charges will be to our
account.
