To whom it may concern,


This is to certify my future sister in law Gina Dehillo to process and claim my PSA
Cenomar and Birth Certificate for my behalf as I’m unable to do it personally due to the fact
that the current situation is prohibiting us to travel to Cebu.

The municipalities in Bohol temporarily stops from issuing such certificates as they are
uncertain of when they can process it.

I have appended a copy of my voters certification with a signature attached to it to serve as


a proof that I have allowed the bearer of this letter to process and claim my PSA Cenomar
and Birth Certificate on my behalf. For further verification, don’t hesitate to contact me at
