Answer the following:
1. What is/are being enhanced among the learners when teachers use the inquiry-
based teaching strategy?
Answer:
Instead of using a memorization or remembering all the knowledge being
thrown by the teacher, the inquiry-based learning enhances students learning
process by letting them analyze the topics themselves. This help the
development of their critical thinking skill and their interest of study.

2. What tips can you give to teachers in crafting good questions?


Answer:
Making question on a lesson should be secured and relevant to the topic,
none vital points should not be discussed. Also questions should be on-point and
having a real purpose, as I have said earlier that the question should be secure,
what I mean is that the question should be relevant to the learner and
appropriate to their age. And most of all a good question should be direct to the
point avoiding misunderstanding.

3. As a future social studies teacher, would you use questions in eliciting ideas to
learners?
Answer:
Yes I do believe that this would help every students in my class, also it
can give them a better understanding of what questions is being ask to them, this
may also add to their interest in studying social studies.
