SUBJECT : COVID-19 VACCINATION - FIRST BATCH OF DEPED PERSONNEL


DATE : July 17, 2021

In partnership with the City Government of Dasmariñas and pursuant to Resolution No. 110 series of 2021
issued April 15 by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases
(IATF – EID), this Division informs the field of the first batch of DepEd personnel and select private
schools’ personnel who will receive the COVID-19 vaccine on July 19, 21, 22, and 23, 2021 at Vista
Mall Dasmariñas, Francicso E. Barzaga Memorial School, and Robinsons Place Dasmariñas.
All teaching and non-teaching personnel are instructed to:
- come on time on their respective schedules;
- wear facemask and faceshield; and
- bring DepEd/School ID.
Furthermore, DepEd Medical Team composed of CSDO personnel under Health and Nutrition Unit and
DIHS’s Medical Personnel shall report at Francisco E. Barzaga Memorial School and Robinsons Place
Dasmariñas during the scheduled COVID-19 vaccination of DepEd and Private School Employees.

See attached matrices for the specific date, time, and venue of each school.
