Rationale for the inclusion of the course in the programme :
Kursus ini ditawarkan bagi memastikan program ini mematuhi standard bidang Pengajian Perniagaan di Malaysia peringkat
diploma. Kursus ini akan membantu pelajar berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam urusan perniagaan. Pengetahuan dan
kemahiran dalam kursus ini akan membantu pelajar berkomunikasi dengan lebih berkesan di samping mengamalkan

Business Communication is one of the must-have courses in the program standard of Business Studies in Malaysia for
diploma level. It aims to prepare students on how effective communication can be carried out in an organization through
business documents. The knowledge and skills in this course will help students to be better communicators and to practise
management of information.

Course Synopsis:
Kursus ini memberi pendedahan mengenai teori dan konsep komunikasi di dalam dan di luar sesebuah organisasi
perniagaan yang meliputi surat, e-mel, laporan, kertas cadangan, selain daripada komunikasi lisan dalam mesyuarat dan
pembentangan. Pelajar akan dinilai melalui kuiz, ujian bertulis, tugasan, pembentangan, dan peperiksaan akhir.

This course will discuss the theories and concepts of communication happening inside and outside a business organization
which includes letters, e-mails, reports, a proposal, an oral communication in a presentation. Students will be assessed
based on a quiz, mid-term written test, assignment, presentation, and final examination.
