Muharram is a blessed month and words fall short to describe the status of this month. We will
be discussing the importance of Muharramul Haram and the actions we should undertake and
those that we should abstain from. We will look at the amliyaat that our buzurgaan carried out
during this month.
Amal of our Buzurgaan:
Alhumdolilah I am one of those blessed people who have continued this journey with Mian for
just over two decades and it still is a learning process for me when I look at my Pir o Murshid
Mian Huzoor. He has always advised not to waste the precious days of Muharram as one day of
prayer in this month is equivalent to forty days of other months.
Mian Huzoor received blessings and guidance from Sufi Usman Ali Shah Sahab and Sufi
Manzoor Hussain Shah Sahab and both were from sadaat families.Therefore, all the blessings
in our household come from the blessings of these blessed individuals connecting our faiz to
the faiz of the highest household mankind has known, that of the Ahle bait.

Mian Huzoor would always give zakat for the choki of Imam Hussain RA in Muharram. Also, the
amal for Naad e Ali and Saify Shareef would be carried out in this month.
Permission:
I grant permission to those who are with me in this spiritual journey. For the general public, I
give permission to read 110 times daily in which there is no abstinence/perhez. However, those
individuals who read it with the niyat of completing 125000 in forty days, they have to follow
tarq e Jalali and tarq e Jamali. For those who do the Naade Ali amal of 21000 also have to do

Benefits:
For anyone seeking to better matters of this world or spirituality, Imam Hussain's RA choki is
most beneficial. I was the first lucky person to be granted the permission for this choki. Imam
Hussain's Choki is related to the khandaan Madariya, Qadariya, Chistiya Qalandaria.
Buzurgaan used to describe this choki as an uncovered sword and they would say that a person
who does this benefits in both worlds. There are different people completing different numbers
in terms of the Naad e Ali zakat, they should also gain from the spirituality of Hazrat Imam
Hussain RA.
This Amall not only enlightens the inner (batin) but it has blessed innumerable khanwaday and
families. Smaller silasil reached their spiritual zenith because of this Amal. Mian Huzoor also
confirms that this was the most beneficial practice of his life.
Recitation Numbers:
🔵 For the more committed you can complete 125000 over forty days which means it should be
read daily 3125 times and if Allah Wills you can read it in ten days also.
🔵 You can also read this Amal 1100 times daily for forty days and if even that is difficult then
you can do it 700 times for 10 days.
🔵 For the ordinary individuals who do not have time but want to benefit they can do it 110 times
daily for 10 days. For those who can read slightly more, they can reas 360 times for 10 days.
🔵 You can also read 1100 times daily to be read for the first 10 days of Muharram.
🔵 The amal I did, I completed 125000 in forty days. I want that atleast you read it 110 times
daily.
Note: No matter what amount you are reading on a daily basis, but please remember after your
daily recitation, sit for Muraqba/meditation for ten to fifteen minutes. All that you have read is
revolving in your thoughts. Those who have not been successful in other amals, can benefit
from this because the love for Ahle bait is the key to spiritual success. To understand the

This choki Amal is especially beneficial for those individuals who want to be blessed by the
ziyaret of Hazrat Ali AS and Hazrat Imam Hussain RA. Those students who I taught off camera
were blessed by the ziyaret. We have gotten the permission of this ziyaret through our elders.
Today people are interested to do amals only for personal gains but the best gain is the love of
the Prophet Muhammad SAW and his family and how blessed would that soul be who is granted
ziyaret of the king of wilayet Mola e Qainaat Hazrat Ali AS.
Worldly Benefits:
Against jinnat
Helps rizq
Wards off magic
Gives an individual popularity and respect
However, do not do this Amal for worldly gains for these gains are petty. It is the spiritual
connection with the Prophet SAW family that should be your priority.
The Prophet SAW said that whosoever sides with my family ( Ahle bait), it is as if he/she is in
the ship of Noah. They will be safe and successful. Such a person will get closer to God and
whoever does not ride this boat will meet a pitiful end. To ride that boat means to nourish the
love for the family of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.
Ibn Abbas reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Love
Allah for the blessings by which He nourishes you, love me for the love of Allah, and love the
people of my house for the love of me.”

Zayd ibn Arqam reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,
“Verily, I have left behind what will never lead you astray if you hold fast to them. One of them is
greater than the other: the Book of Allah is a rope extended from the heavens to the earth, and
my family, the people of my household. They will not dissent until they return to me at the
Fountain, so look at how you treat them after me.”

month and do not waste it. Atleast recite this choki 110 times daily. Be mindful of your thoughts
and actions and keep away from anything that Allah Pak has prohibited.
