3.1 Quality is Every Employee's Responsibility

Each individual employee is responsible within the scope of the resources available to him for the
following.

1. Carrying out necessary inspection and checking procedures while working so as to eliminate defects
arising.
2. Gathering any missing information so as to enable him to complete his own work, performing his
own work contribution at the right time and in the right amount and satisfies existing quality
requirement.
3. Checking the result of his own work contribution with regard to obvious defects and deficiencies.
4. If deficiencies with respect to the given requirements are found in the result work, taking steps to
prevent them from being repeated.
5. Taking steps to ensure that any activity which deviate from specification are not permitted by
mistake to go on for further processing or delivery, etc.
6. Providing the necessary information to the recipient of the work which has been carried out.
3.2 Project Quality Roles & Responsibilities
3.2.1 Project Manager:
The Project Manager will define the responsibilities and authorities using Project Organization Chart
and inform to all concerns within the Project Organization, also he will

 Ensure overall quality of the project


 Approve the Field Quality Plan (FQP)
 Allocate necessary budget to carryout QA/QC activities
 Co‐ordinate with client for any supply quality or service quality related issues
3.2.2 Quality Manager:

The Quality Manager is appointed as Management Representative in quality matters.


He shall ensure that all processes described in this plan which are required for the Quality
Management System of the Project are established, implemented and maintained, also

 Pre Bid participation and inputs to the project


 Prepare quality strategy for the project
 Nominate quality team for the project
 Prepare Field Quality plan & installation checklists
 Prepare Project Quality Manual and implement the same
 Quality assessment of sub‐contractors and suppliers
 Conduct project quality audits & site quality visit
 Connect with Client directly / through hierarchy representations
 Directly report to the CEO of the company and have the higher authority in all projects.
