OBJECTIVE

1. To identify the list of concerns that we


should have to take note to avoid the possible
delays or problems during delivery.

requirements

PREMISE

STRATEGY

. 1.Identify the list of concerns that avoid the


possible delays or problems during delivery.

a. Road conditions and safety hazards in going


to site.

b. Safety hazards in the receiving area &


receiving tank location.
c. Necessary permits & restriction of the site.
d. Assessment of receiving tank & receiving
process.

2. Get details of their possible delivery

b. monthly consumption-20kl
c. delivery frequency-it depends on the
season
d. quantity per order- 10kl

ANTICIPATE

Prepare possible questions they will.

1. Why we should order from MPMC ?

- Aside from product quality, we can offer


good services. We have 4 trucks( 14kl, (2)
20kl & 6kl allocated for diesel they are 24-7
monitored by our staff . We do cascade
updates on delivery progress .

- We assure product security, all our delivery


lorry tankers are equipped with GPS that we
can detect the whereabouts of our trucks at
any given time. As part of our customer
service, we can provide every 2-hr
truck/delivery status updates

2. How can you be sure that your product is


Shell brand?.

a. Our product is directly came from Pilipinas


Shell’s depot by our own accredited haulers.
b. Every delivery is covered by a Lorry
Delivery Checklist attached to the delivery
documents.

c. All openings (discharge lines and tank


covers) are sealed with security seals that
have serial numbers. This protects the
security of the product being delivered.

I wasn't met Ms. Wenjie admin head of Robig
Builders Sta.Rosa Laguna cause she's need to
head at the main office so she refers me to
her assistant Ms. JM and Ms. JM assist us with
Sir Louie .
Tank Capacity is 20kl
No organized fuel monitoring
No fuel gauge.

Rough and Muddy road

Follow up next meeting with Ms. Wenjie and


Ms. Jean and need to get their FS.and looking
forward for this and my next target is their
Batangas Plant.

Tank above ground in vertical position


(Cylindrical type).
Tank visually good condition but the tank
calibration is outdated.
Tank with dispenser (not calibrated).
Diesel solely used for their fleet (mixer truck)
24/7 receiving window.

Other matters:
Tank not used more or less two (2) months up
to now. The pump price is low than the
delivered price.
Former purchaser resigned is also the factor
why they haven't order to the supplier.
Supplier is unknown
customer unable to monitor truck usage &
inventory stock. (Proposed a Trip Plan with
them)
Pilferage is their current issue/challenge.
The fleet is equipt with GPS but currently not
in operation. No idea with the sudden
[email protected]

shutdown. (OS Track)
