Preparation and Advocacy of Learning Continuity Operational Plan, SY 2021-2022

To: All Teachers

1. Pursuant to the opening of classes on September 13, 2021 Salapungan Elementary School
will prepare the Learning Community Operational Plan (I-COP) for School Year 2021-2022
in their respective stations.
2. The crafting of I-COP aims to:
2.1. ensure the continuity of learning/services to all clients in the midst of pandemic;
2.2. provide guidance to schools/offices in the implementation of appropriate programs,
projects, and activities based on identified needs;
2.3. advocate to internal and external stakeholders' continuity operational plan for patronage
and support.
3. The contents of the School-LCOP must be based from the context of learners, teachers and
prevailing situation in the school/locality.
4. Enclosed are the template for School-LCOP to achieve uniformity in format and the
suggested timeline of I-COP preparation.
5. In the preparation of School-LCOP, the school head must organize a team of reliable people
(subject coordinators, master teachers, non-teaching personnel, PTA officers) who could
provide the needed data/contribute to the crafting of needs-based plan.

6. Expenses to be incurred in the conduct of this activity shall be charged from school local
funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

7. It is desired that this Memorandum be given immediate and wide dissemination.
