ASSESSMENT PROCESS AND TOOL

This is to inform the Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDS) and School Heads of
Public Elementary and Secondary Schools that the Orientation on School-Based
Management Assessment, Process and Tool (SBM-APAT) scheduled on May 28, June
1,2.and 4, 2021 will be moved to June 22, 2021 via Microsoft Teams using MS 365
acctP,lnts.
