INTRODUCTION
Arumahan, Lemery, Batangas
The face of today is just one of the possible scenarios when humans
abuse the natural possessions of the environment. The problems we are
facing today could have been prevented if we all just had been responsible
and not abusive, our apathy and selfishness had caused it all.
Our environment needs actions not to be done somewhere in the
future but now and on the soonest time possible. That’s why, schools still
seek ways on how to promote the vitality of protecting and nourishing it.
Though many activities are not attainable to be pursued at the moment
yet there were still some and new ways to continue the flourishment of
the goal.
YES-O in this school year that had just passed still emerged as a
functional club that fostered awareness and little actions in the
continuance of showing love, care and respect to environment and all
I. STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
that belongs to it.
Since the pandemic had caused face-to-face interaction amongst teachers and students impossible until
this very moment, they had learned to adapt the new system of learning and teaching of the new normal.
The YES-O Club was successfully established and its members were able to attend several webinars about
environment related matter such as Youth Diversity and Earth Day.
Following are pictures of the attendees who managed to be part of webinars
catering the what YES-O stands for.

II. STAFF DEVELOPMENT
Arumahan, Lemery, Batangas
The new normal required a different level of challenges in teaching. That’s
why teachers sought ways to innovate and hone their skills to better the
capacity as role model eco-warrior. The photos provided below is a four-
day webinar attended by the Science teachers together with the SSG
officers and YES-O officers to be more well-engaged to the crucial demand
of the new normal education system.

Even in the toughness of time, teachers and learners were still resilient
and persistent enough to continue the flow of education even in a different

setup. This just proves that nothing is impossible if people will just work hard
together and unite as one for a common goal.
Pandemic is just a challenge of time that can be fought and can be
overcome.
