Table 1 shows the level of respondent’s perception relative to appearance,

aroma, taste and texture of Cucurbita sweet jam, out of 35 respondents, in terms of the

Appearance of Cucurbita sweet jam, with (M = 3.91, SD = 0.701) has a remark of

appealing. And in terms of the Aroma of the Cucurbita sweet jam, with (M = 3.86, SD =

0.648) has a remark of aromatic. And in terms of the Taste of the Cucurbita sweet jam,

with (M = 3.83, SD = 0.822) has a remark of sweet. While, in terms of the Texture of

the Cucurbita sweet jam, with (M = 1, SD = 0) has a remark of Not Firm.

taste and texture of Cucurbita sweet candy, out of 35 respondents, in terms of the

Appearance of Cucurbita sweet candy, with (M = 3.83, SD = 0.857) has a remark of

appealing. And in terms of the Aroma of the Cucurbita sweet candy, with (M = 3.89, SD

= 0.676) has a remark of aromatic. And in terms of the Taste of the Cucurbita sweet

candy, with (M = 4.20, SD = 0.483) has a remark of very sweet. While, in terms of the

Texture of the sapodilla sweet candy, with (M = 3.71, SD = 0.957) has a remark of Hard

The table above shows that Cucurbita sweet Jam got the weighted mean of 3.15

with a SD of 0.369 and a verbal interpretation of Moderately Acceptable while Cucurbita

sweet candy reached 3.91 as mean and a SD of 0.129 and a verbal interpretation of

Acceptable. The two variants had a significant difference in terms of level of acceptance

since the verbal interpretation for the Cucurbita sweet jam is moderately acceptable

while the Cucurbita sweet candy verbal interpretation is acceptable.
