[DE]Claration-of-Status / Affidavit of Truth
Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent
The purpose of this [De]clarification-of-Status hereinafter: [De]claration is to
provide notice to the party or parties named and/or in receipt of this
[De]claration with [re]spect of Rights, Culture, connection with the larger society,
and various governmental and quasi-governmental bodies.
i One, Your Birth Lowercase Name©, am an Indian, [in]igneous: [A]merican-
National, having [pre]dominate Cherokee lineage.
i live by the Spiritual Law of Elohim, which has been anciently followed by my
ancestors since the beginning of time. I am cognizant of every Heavenly-Prophet
of the One, known and unknown, and the principles by which they practiced.
The specific principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, Justice and Equality form
and let somebody know my creed [pre]viously [ex]plicated upon by the Prophets
of Elohim for the salvation of my People especially in these [pre]sent times.
i cannot serve two Masters, however, I do recognize man-made-positive-laws
when such laws are not in conflict with the Law of Elohim.

i am one [a] sentient-Man, of the male-gender, having been created within the
likeness and image of Elohim, The Grand Architect of the Universe. i am limited
only by the power of thought and as such, my Sovereignty naturally flows from
my knowledge of self and my Creator.
i realize that in these [pre]sent-times since not every man knows their Creator
and thus themselves, man-made-positive-laws are needed to govern those who
cannot govern themselves accordingly. However, the Sovereign (Elohim) is not
subject to the laws of man as long as the Sovereign (Elohim) is acting within his or
her Rights.
Since the foundation of the creation of the United States is based on the Sacred
Principles of my ancestors, the law of the United States, as written, recognizes the
Rights of the People.
i am not the person, individual, resident, whoever or any other privileged entity
named in the laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, policies, rules, and regulations of
the United States [of America], any corporate of otherwise State of the Union, or
Possession or Territory of the United States [of America].
i can only become subject to man-made law if i voluntarily act outside of my
heavenly/spiritual Rights and/or hinder or damage ones’ rights or property, or
access to the same.
Similarly, with respect to any actions or omissions by myself that could be
construed to subject me to any mala prohibita5 laws or jurisdiction of the United
States, be it known that such appearances are only the result of the historical
genocide and terrorism perpetrated upon my People and Culture.
