MARKET ANALYSIS
Market and Industry Overview
Street Food have been prevalent in the food industry ever since, with increasing popularity as
time goes on. There are a lot of street food nationwide, and that number is expected to increase
after this covid-19 pandemic.
Our market research has revealed to us that consumers in Bario Road Tayuman want more
affordable food options, larger portion sizes, and a wider variety of street food offerings at a
single establishment. Being able to satisfy those factors, in conjunction with the flexibility of our
business hours, will help set us apart from the competition.
Target Market
Our target buyers lived, walked through and work along the street of Bario Road and
surrounding areas within a 0.5-km radius. Our store is located along with the main street and
visible to passing people, tricycle drivers and students. We anticipate that 10- to 50-year old
patrons will make up 85% of our revenue.
We anticipate that 10- to 50-year old patrons will make up 85% of our revenue. These will be
business professionals making an income ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 php. The average
amount spent at our store will be approximately 8000php a month for the first year.
Competition
At this time, there are 10 street food vendors currently selling in Bario Road Tayuman Rizal. But
due to the Covid 19- pandemic and the safety protocols from the IATF, most of them retired
from business and was bankrupt. This is a good opportunity to start since a vaccine for covid 19
is at the world market and soon businesses would start to open together with the schools and
different establishments. Here are our direct competitors in Bario road street.
Mariza’s Barbeque
Shingaling Tacos
Aleng Nena Fried chicken
And 7 food carts with specific names

Marketing Strategy
Our marketing strategy is to create cheap and affordable combo meal with rice like “ siomai
rice, Hotdog rice, leeg rice and other fried street foods with rice meals”. We would also like to
attract many customers by providing a videoke within the establishment so as they are waiting
for their orders they could sing songs which we all know Filipinos love to do.
BURANDAY’S FRIED STREET FOOD also plans to reach new and existing customers through
social media and flyers. Our prices will be lower compared to our direct competitors, and we will
also provide larger portions while maintaining profitability. Furthermore, we can keep our prices
lower due to sourcing ingredients from our known and well trusted suppliers
Positioning
For workers and sewers who are employed near the vicinity, BURANDAY’S FRIED STREET FOOD
is the customer’s first choice. At BURANDAY’S FRIED STREET FOOD, customers can purchase a
meal that is sourced from high quality ingredients and is served in a large portion at a low price.
On a lunch break with colleagues, BURANDAY’S FRIED STREET FOOD will appeal to the workers
with a limited time to eat who desire a wider range of food options in one stop.
Promotion
We are planning to hand out and hang up flyers in high-traffic areas during the first few months
of operation. We also plan to utilize different social media platforms like creating a Facebook
page, Instagram and enrolling it the local market social media site and provide free delivery
service for orders with in the area for people who are busy and have less time to spare.

IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Personnel Plan
At this time, the personnel plan calls for a minimum of one cook and one assistant who will
greet customers and take orders. Currently, Emilia will operate as the cook, while Margarita
takes orders and payment, and assists Emilia where needed. While Lizzette will serve as the
manager.
In the first year, assumptions are that there will only be three workers in the store to execute
and manage operations. As demand increases, we will hire an additional assistant to support
Emilia.

FINANCIAL PLAN
Key Assumptions
Revenues will increase at an annual rate of roughly 30%, with an increase in sales of 40% in July till December due to
the assumption that a vaccine for Covid 19 would be available for all Filipinos. We expect this increase to remain
continual throughout the following year due to the opening of face to face classes in the schools near the store.
To provide an exhibition of a worst-case scenario, sales projections are deliberately calculated low.
Sales Forecast
We expect the highest performance during the months of July till December in our sales forecast, due to high rate of
foot traffic as the Vaccine would be available.
