1. Godrej Expert Rich Crème's Ad "My First Hero"

https://youtu.be/sWx_PQflJU4
Father is one of the most influential forces in a child’s life. Godrej Expert’s ‘My First Hero’
campaign emphasises on this aspect only. The campaign is a cinematic representation of some
real-life stories shared by customers who have spent some beautiful memories with their ‘First
Hero’.
The campaign strikes an emotional chord with memories of time spent with one’s father during
childhood. Godrej Expert starts off this campaign with the launch of an inspiring video that
showcases the emotional bond shared between a father and child.
Unlike many other relationships, the bond between a father and a child hasn’t been given much
attention. The ad beautifully projects a father-son/daughter relationship as it is based on real-life
experiences and hence, connects with everyone.

2. Brooke Bond Red Label's Ad "A Boy which Girls Like"

https://youtu.be/55vy4bX0Mws
New Women's Day ad campaign of Brooke Bond's Red Level pushes for a message of "T for
togetherness". The ad tries to tackle the globally prevailing issue of gender stereotypes such as
the type of toys played with by boys and girls.
The ad shows a boy playing with a tea set that is usually stereotyped as a toy meant for girls. The
narration is so touching. It starts with "He loves to make tea, but that doesn't make him a girl"
and then goes on to end with "It just makes him a boy that girls like". The whole narration is well
written and the soft spoken background voice adds another layer of calmness to it.

3. Asian Paints Ad "Homes not Showrooms"
https://youtu.be/JPDY6q_H0c0
After "Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai" which itself is timeless and still relevant, Asian Paints has
come up with "Homes not Showrooms" which is aimed at instilling empathy and meaning into
decor with an aim to inspire people to lead richer lives at home.
The video highlights the essence of living richer lives at home by creating space for expressing
yourselves and adding meaning & memories to one’s home, thus giving space for relations to
flourish. Through the heart-warming story of a grandfather, father and grandson of a family, the
video captures what feeling, meaning and memories a home holds. The ad may mean different
things for different people but one thing that will remain constant is emotion.

4.ICICI Prudential Life Insurance's "Par Bande Acche Hain" Ad

https://youtu.be/HpmVDwXUoDA
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance's "Par Bande Acche Hain" celebrates the family man. The ad
shows the caring and protective nature of the quintessential Indian family man in everyday
situations.
This ad is showing some sequence starting from Testing the Small wooden bridge to changing
the walk side on the road which has been experienced by almost everyone who cares about their
family members which is difficult to notice but they have shown it in a very good manner.
I personally loved the lyrics, the track, visuals and performances. Overall it’s refreshing and
insightful.

5. Google India's Ad 'The Hero - A Bollywood Story'
https://youtu.be/eYqEpuifLI8
Although the ad is lengthy, the storyline, the music, the lyrics and the acting is so well
synchronised that you won't feel it. The effort and thought given in making this masterpiece can
be felt throughout the ad film.
The story of this ad is very simple but the storytelling is brilliant. The story revolves around a
family of 3. The mother tells her son about his father's dream of becoming a Bollywood actor
and about the time he went to Mumbai to make a career but had to come back even after bagging
a role in Sholay. Son vows to fulfill his Dad's dream and surprises him at the end.

There are so many moments in this ad that will make you cry. "Chal Baawre'' song fits in
perfectly with the story and it has been sung beautifully. This is what we call Creativity. This ad
is inspirational for all those talented Bollywood aspirants out there. Although it's not easy to get
into Bollywood, one should at least try. Struggle is an integral part of something big. This ad also
inspires us to experience the joy of fulfilling the dreams of our loved ones.
PS- You will need some tissues while watching this masterpiece.
