Fully Familiar with Piping and Instrumentation
Design (P&ID)
High degree of computer literacy including
familiarity with various computer program software
applications for Electrical and Instrumentation such
as, AutoCAD, AVEVA instrumentation and SP3D
structural software and 3D design software or
related software;
A high degree of self-motivation, ability to
prioritise work, use initiative and set targets;
Possess a valid driving license;
Ability to demonstrate a high level of
confidentiality and business ethics;
Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in
English and Tetum both written and verbal;
Knowledge of importance of planning

2. Responsibilities:
2.1 Key responsibilities:
To assist Project Team Leaders/Project Manager with day-to-day operational
functions for Downstream Business unit and the TIMOR GAP, E.P. in
general;
To provide full support to the New Fuel Station Development and Petroleum
Import Terminal Project of TIMOR GAP, E.P. and its partners;
To assist Team Leaders /Project Manager to plan and manage of construction
to take place;
To assist the Team Leaders /Project Manager in achieving the goals of the
Project;

2.2 Principal Regular Tasks
• To provide regular monthly, quarterly and annual reports of activities on
activities;
To assist Team Leaders /Project Manager to meet the project goals;
To assist Project Team Leaders and/or projects procurement officer seeking
general information on construction contractors, such as number of
contractors, contractor’s abilities, experience, type and size of their
equipment’s;
To assist Project Team Leaders /Project Manager in preparing Electrical and
Instrumentation installation project contract packages and verifying contractor
proposal for technical qualification and cost;
To provide technical and administrative support for the Downstream Business
Unit as required;
To assist Project Team Leaders /Project Manager in monitoring the project
implementation;
To assist Project Team Leaders /Project Manager for the reports write-up as
required;
To assist Project Team Leaders /Project Manager reviewing and approving
reports and designs;
To assist Project Team Leaders /Project Manager assessing both challenges
and potential risks of the planned projects;

To assist Project Team Leaders /Project Manager ensuring that regulations
and guidelines are followed without exception;
To assist Project Team Leaders /Project Manager interacting and
communicating effectively with contractors, architects and consultants;
To assist Project Team Leaders /Project Manager ensuring the project is
completed on time within the planned budget;
To assist Project Team Leaders /Project Manager checking all tools and
techniques like procedures of material testing, land surveying, drafting
software and electrical and Instrumentation test devices are working properly;
To assist Project Team Leaders /Project Manager to work according to a plan
with regards to what are the key essentials and what needs to be modified
before the construction starts;
To carry out any other duties as required by Manager, Director or Senior
Management;
