CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT

This agreement is hereby made between _________________________________hereafter referred to as "the


Renter") and ANALYN M. ROSALES (hereafter referred to as "the Owner").

The Owner hereby agrees to rent the vehicle SUZUKI CELERIO 2018 SUPER BLACK MT to the Renter,
from _________________ at ________ to ___________ at ________.

That the following rules and policies of the rental must be followed the renter.

1. a. The Renter agrees to pay the total rental of ____________ for _______ days.
b. The Renter agrees to pay the minimum rental fee of ________ per day (200 kms allowed per day) ,
in excess of that , the renter agrees to pay P 10.00/kms.

2. The Renter agrees to return the vehicle on agreed location on its current condition (minus normal road wear-
and-tear) to the Owner on the return on the agreed date and hour, with same level fuel expectation.

3. The Renter understands that the vehicle is for use only in agreed destinations and itineraries only and cannot
be taken other locations not agreed by both parties. Destination:

and that there are no outstanding warrants against said license.

6. The Renter agrees to use the vehicle only for routine, legal purposes (personal or business).

7. The Renter will be held accountable for any damages or cleaning fees incurred while renting the vehicle. The
Renter has had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before the renting term begins and confirms that it is in good
operable condition.

8. The Renter further agrees to follow all city, state, county, and government rules and restrictions regarding use and
operation of the vehicle.

9. The Renter agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and release the Owner for any damages, injuries, property loss, or
death caused while the Renter operates this vehicle.

10. The Owner swears and attests that the vehicle is in good working order and has no liens or encumbrances.
