USER QUICK REFERENCE
NAVIGATING PSLaDC
Logging in:
1) To access the Pulse Secure Licensing and Download center, go to
my.pulsesecure.net
Note: For first time users with no account, click Sign Up Now! to set up an
account. Once your account has been created, follow the steps in this
document.
2) On the Welcome page, enter your login ID and password

4) Click on the bottom left Software Licensing and Download tile. A list of
available licenses for download will be listed

3) Click Login. You will be directed to the Pulse Secure Centers home page
License and Download Center Screen
5) Click on Pulse Conned Secure or Pulse Policy Secure licenses. You will be
directed to the Pulse License and Download Center main menu

VIEW ASSETS AND ENTITLEMENTS
The View and Entitlements page is split into sections
• Find Your Assets/Entitlements (Top half)
• Entitlements (Lower half)
Find Your Assets/Entitlements (Top half)
The assets may be filtered by various parameters such as
• Account
• Item
• Location
• Serial Number
• Authorization Code
• Status
• License Generated
• Start Date

Select your desired parameters and click Filter to narrow the search results.

Entitlements (Lower half)
All available current assets are displayed on the lower section of the page Alternatively, the list of assets may be filtered by the column content. The filter box on the
bottom half of screen controls which assets are displayed. It filters all rows below for the
value entered, such as CONSEC.

The combo box allows the following:
• View Current License
• Generate License
• Download License

To view the license for the desired asset,
1. Select combo button
2. Click View License to view the license

3) Enter Serial Number and Machine ID
4) Click Generate License button
ADD ASSETS
To add an asset to the asset list,
1) Enter Auth Code or RMA to add an asset, click Next

Generate License
To generate the license for the desired asset,
1) Select combo button
2) Click Generate License to generate the license

2) Enter Asset Business Location and click Next

3) Once the authorization is complete the new asset will be included in View Assets
and Entitlements list

The Software Download page is split into sections
• Product Lines (Top half)
• Product Versions (Bottom half)

For Current Release/Supported Releases/End of Support date for software, refer to Pulse

1) Select the desired software
2) Click Download
Product Lines (Top half) 3) Click I Agree to agree to the legal usage requirements
Select the desired Product line and Product Type 4) Click Download button

NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES
Select desired preference and click Set Preference.
Note: Once a notification preference it is set, it remains as selected until you
change it.
