Survey- It is important to conduct first a survey on what is the primary need


of a certain community.
2. Budget- We has to get at least the partial amount of the project.
3. Preparation- Preparing all the material that are needed and also hiring
carpenters.
4. Orientation- Before the ground breaking of the project there must be an
orientation with regards to the benefits of the project and on how the
community will participate on making the project.
5. Flexible- We have to be very flexible when it comes to what the people of
the community can say to our project we have to absorb it whether it is
negative or positive.
6. Organizing- By organizing the number of people where behind of the
project to a different task to help on making the project.
7. Values- To educate the community to the importance of the project for
their daily lives and to their next generation.
