SURETY BOND
This personal surety bound is executed on this 29th day of October
2018 by Muhammad Zia S/o Muhammad Isamdad, R/o House No.RLO-H-
2, Street No.22, Sector F-7/2, Islamabad (hereinafter called as “Surety”),

WHEREAS the captioned appeal is pending before this Honourable


Court and this Honourable Court directed the Appellant (Sajjad Hussain) to
submit surety bond of Rs.50,000/- for satisfaction of this Honourable Court.

WHEREAS I surety has agreed to furnish surety bond before this


Honourable Court.

The surety undertakes if at any stage, the applicant has failed to act in
accordance with law then the court has authority to recover the same from
the property of executant, detail of which is as follow:

Under construction house, land measuring 05 Marlas, situated at Mouza


Sangral, Tehsil & District Rawalpindi vide registered sale deed No.16027
dated 18-12-2013 and present market value of the same is more than
Rs.6,00,000/- approximately.
