MATERIAL : Alloy steel 30CD4 or 35CD4 per TR3791, heat treated for 40-43 HRC.

SURFACE TREATMENT : Cadmium plated 5 p mini per EN2133 and dry film lubricant per EN2491.

CLASSIFICATION : 1100 MPa at 20°C. Temperature class 235°C.

THREAD : Profile ISO M per NFL05-220 and tolerances per NFL05-224.

TOLERANCES OF FORM AND POSITION : Per ISO8788.

MARKING: Manufacturer's symbol per NFL22-036.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION : NFL22-500 except as noted on table below.

Bihexagonal wrenching configuration per ISO4095.

Ra max 3,2 p on bearing face and 6,3 p on other surfaces.

Remove sharp edges 0,1 - 0,4.
