Memo No.1199876-A CON OS Payment of Salaries Till 30.09.2021

The Telangana government issued a memo to ensure timely payment of remuneration to contract, outsourcing, and honorarium personnel. Government desire that all the personnel engaged on contract/


outsourcing/ honorarium basis are paid their remuneration every month
regularly on time. But, instances are brought to the notice of the Government
that the persons engaged on contract/ outsourcing/ honorarium basis are not
getting their salaries in time, among other reasons for want of continuation
orders.

2. Government, after careful examination, have decided and hereby order


that the services of those persons working on contract/ outsourcing/ honorarium
basis and awaiting for continuation orders for the financial year 2021-22, be
extended up-to 30.9.2021, subject to fulfillment of conditions specified in the
reference 1st cited.

3. All the departments of Secretariat are requested to ensure that the


proposals for continuation of services of all contract/ outsourcing/ honorarium
basis persons working under their administrative control, for the financial year
2021-2022, are circulated to Finance Department immediately and also ensure
that continuation orders are issued on or before 30.9.2021 and take necessary
action for payment of remuneration through IFMIS-DBT mode for all
contract/honorarium services.

4. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Director of Works Accounts,


Director of State Audit, Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad and all Drawing
and Disbursing Officers, Financial Officers & Examiner of Accounts are hereby
instructed to admit the bills in respect of engagement of services on contract /
outsourcing / honorarium basis till 30.9.2021 without insisting for further
continuation orders from Government, subject to fulfillment of conditions
mentioned at para 2 above.
