Part 2

Manit's boss has legitimate power over Manit due to his formal position in the organization. There is evidence of office politics, as Manit's boss does not trust him or give him responsibilities after 11 months. Manit feels disconnected from his boss due to a lack of communication and guidance. Manit's colleagues also estrange him from discussions, so he feels unsupported. The conflict between Manit and his boss is an unsolved felt conflict, as Manit is emotionally invested in his work but frustrated by his boss' lack of trust and responsibility. It is unclear if Manit is a team player, as he feels disconnected from both his boss and colleagues.
