BALI- HEAVEN ON EARTH

Bali is a popular tourist destination in Indonesia and around the world. Bali is an island that follows
Hinduism. Bali has a population of approximately 4 million people. Bali is known for its temples,
spirituality, beaches, bars, and restaurants. Bali offers water sports activities such as snorkeling, surfing,
scuba diving, and nightlife. Bali has a number of popular tourist destinations including Sanur Beach, Pura
Besakih Temple, Kuta, the Gili Islands, Mount Batur.

Bali's Top 10 Tourist Attractions:

1-Sanur Beach:- Sanur Beach is also known as Sunrise Beach. Sanur Beach is a beautiful sandy beach
with many hotels, resorts, bars, and restaurants. It also offers underwater adventures, surfing, and
street markets to explore.

2- Pura Besakih Temple:- Pura Besakih Temple is situated in Mount Agung Bali, at 900 meters above
sea level. The Pura Besakih Temple has 23 temples. There are three main temples dedicated to the
Hindu trinity. This is a World Heritage Site.

3- Kuta:- Kuta is located in the south of Bali. The Sunset Beach is another name for Kuta. Kuta
has Asia's largest water park, which is a main attraction in Kuta. Kuta has beautiful beaches,
nightlife, shops, bars, and restaurants.

4-Pura Luhur Uluwatu: -The Pura Luhur Temple protects Bali from evil. Pura Luhur is located in southern
Bali. It is a hilly and rocky area with good surfing options. The temples of Pura Luhur are situated on
steep cliffs offering breathtaking views .

5- Mount Batur: -Mount Batur, located in northeast Bali, is an active volcano. Mount Batur is located
near Balinese villages. Hiking tours to Mount Batur are available. The sunrise at Mount Batur looks
amazing.

6- Gili Islands: -Trawangan is the largest island among three; the others are Gili meno and Gili air. Gili
Trawangan is a party paradise with a good nightlife. Gili Trawangan is known for its white beaches,
turquoise waters, scuba diving, snorkeling, diving, and massages. Gili air is a quiet island, while Gili meno
has beautiful swimming beaches.

7- Ubud:Known for herbal medicine in the past. Ubud is known for Bali Bird Park, Ubud Monkey Forest,
Saraswati Temple, Teg Enungan Waterfall, and Tegalalang rice terraces.

8- Nusa Penida- is an island located in the district of Klungkung Regency to the southeast. Nusa
Penida has Diamond Beach, Crystal Way Beach, Tembeling Forest, Atuh Forest, and Pegu
Yangan Waterfall.

9- Canggu:- Canggu Beaches are surfing beaches with great nightlife, Echo Beach, and Berawa
Beach. Canggu Beach has dark grey or black sand.
10- Taman Soekasada Ujung:- is a water palace in Tumbu village which covers an area of over
ten hectares. It was built by the king of Karangasem in 1919 and is located in east Bali. The
location is famous for preweddings. ts architecture has a blend of Balinese, Chinese, and
European influences.
